It was very overwhelming starting out, once you got used to it it was better but not very user fiendly and constantley encounter issues both from the dashboard and patient facing. What do you like best about Phreesia?

Phreesia makes working with patients before their appointment easy, quick and seamless. From confirming appointments to registration, insurance questions, balances, to developmental surveys, all of that can be resolved and completed before patients walk in the door. Need help with sending recalls to your patients, Phreesia has a great option for that as well, completely customizable for your practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Phreesia?

With any program, you are using that integrates with another program, there will always be connectivity issues. It is unavoidable. Phreesia sends out up-to-date status alerts based on your region and the issue at hand. If you are having another problem, they are very quick to initiate a report and resolve your concern. Not only was this product not helpful to our practice in improving patient care, but years after severing our relationship with this company, they began calling us again, demanding to speak to supervisors and a member of their staff who has never been to our practice left a negative review on Google because we eventually hung up on one of their calls.
