They are always happy and able to help with queries in super fast response time, or to give you some extra training, which helps you to get the best from their product. The online webinars that they have are so insightful. Just a really great company to work with, fun, friendly people with the highest levels of professionalism. Would recommend them to any other business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing to dislike about Thirdlight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a frequent user, it most like being able search for images in our archives. Our team has photos organized in such a way that allows use to search by category or we can use the search bar to find images based on their captions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes you have to be very specific with your phrasing to find the exact photo you are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is easily navigable, and customer service ROCKS!! This has really made a world of difference in my life searching for images compared to using our local servers and our old web-based DAM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't a way to save comments/ratings from lightboxes. It would also be great if there was a more intuitive way to select images to view in a smaller group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Professional-top-grade, intuitive, image management for anyone who cares about their visual library. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would be nice if there were more tight integrations with other services we use, like Contentful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The flexibility to assign roles to various groups within the organisation and provide access accordingly. It fits perfectly with our requirements to have a secure platform that can cater to users within and outside the establishment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
An outdated UI. It would be great if the UI is more dynamic visually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When we needed an off the shelf digital platform for sharing our photography we picked Thirdlight. In the 10 years since we've been able to grow and expand our service with ease. Over that whole period I can't remember having any downtime at all and any issues were addressed with speed. Being able to access all the different features of the Thirdlight product without incurring any developer or project management cost has left us able to focus on delivering our core offering. Thirdlight does everything it sets out to do. As I write this in September 2020 I can see that that last time I needed to get in touch with Thirdlight support was over three years ago. Given we upload hundreds of pictures daily, have many Gbs of outgoing FTP transmissions and thousands of customer accounts I consider this phenomenal performance. Seemingly endless control of assets. So far I have yet to find a scenario that I can't accomplish somehow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not completely intuitive. Some features are confusing to figure out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's very intuitive and capable while the customer support is responsive and keen to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has a lot of features of which some are quite complex. This might be excessive for less demanding users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most helpful aspect of Photoshelter for Brands is the ability for clients to easily find the images they need without much assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I wish Photoshelter for Brands included was a way to send galleries to people that did not require a login or password but that also was not public for every user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
