The software is super simple to use and navigate; it's easy to make uploads and view highlighted albums by an admin. The upload process is usually very fast and seamless, and my admin have not had any difficulties or issues viewing my uploaded work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the upload process was a bit more informative...last I checked, it doesn't make it super clear that my photos have been confirmed to be uploaded and shared successfully (but I haven't had any problem with this process so that's a plus). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to navigate around and create new folders and that hierarchy functions well when trying to use it as a team. We have been able to create a simple naming convention structure that allows us to jump around chronologically very easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sharing privileges can get confusing at times. There are points when I am very unsure about flipping a switch for global privileges when really just wanting to give access to a small portion of files within an umbrella of folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Photoshelter and it's app are user friendly for quick deadlines, ease of use to send images to clients, and website/domain access for portfolio work to send to potential clients. The customer service and SEO/weekly email tips, classes are top notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside or suggestions I am to make Photoshelter more approachable to creatives alike (not just sports photographers) is more customization for the website aspect such as more layouts, working custom HTTL codes, and branding. At times, I think customizing the website has some very limited features and the linking Instagram section doesn't work for some reason all of a sudden. May just be user interface issues, but other than that i'm happy with PS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The capability to collaborate and share media securely for both internal and external use case is invaluable. The support is also very prompt and commendable!
Workspaces has provided more flexibility and accessibility for collaborating more efficiently than previously with lightboxes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the UI and search functionality seems rigid or still in development. It's been constantly improving since I started working with Libris this year. I'd still like to see more options and features, even with the Portal search because that's where my colleagues and clients search through our vast library of 40,000+ images. Libris allows me to to upload, tag, and sort my photos with ease. Also, I am able to send quick-links to our student-athletes, sponsors and fans so that they are able to find what they are looking for easily. The quality of being able to view the site and download images is simply amazing! We are constantly getting request through our photo-microsite and it is astounding at the ease of sending images. Unfortunately, we aren't able to add a plug-in to our website (WordPress) which is a huge downfall for us - but they are apparently working on creating one! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Photoshelter makes it incredibly easier to store and share photos. As an organization we are constantly needing to share albums of photos with partners. Photoshelter makes it easy to sort and create albums, and send off a link all within their system.
Also the ability to create a way for many people to upload to a single album is huge for an organization that is dispersed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only downside is the start-up interface - too many steps between log-in and getting to my gallery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PhotoShelter makes it easy to organize and access all of our photo assets. They ease of use and search capability are fantastic. I have dozens of collections and galleries that make it easy to sort photos and I keep our highest quality headshot images in one place for easy sharing to our elected officials and media partners. I would like to be able to access PhotoShelter for Brands via a mobile app. It would allow me to access my assets even easier for mobile and social media applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Two things I love about third light.
First: the team. Unlike many other providers in the space, you get to speak to real humans who genuinely care. This immediately elevates the experience.
Secondly, the software itself - we have a whooooole bunch of files, and the thing that really elevates Third Light is it's ease of use, particularly when delving through large swathes of files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is inevitably a learning curve with Third Light, and it depends on having a discipline when adding files to make sure everything is tagged in the appropriate way. When it is however, it elevates the experience massively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to have high resolution photos in different sizes, which allows you to share small files if you need them for review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not having the option to reduce the thumbnail size so you can see more images at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The knowledge and methodical approach the team takes to resolve any issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only dislike may be the response time due to our location (EST, NY) vs. your UK location. It would be nice if there is another level of support that addresses the locality of your customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
