The ability to break out content by galleries within collections keeps everything in order. The ability to set up multiple ftp drops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only dislike is when setting up an incoming ftp, once you designate a folder, wish that folder was clickable within the incoming ftp page, instead of navigating back to images then finding the folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lightbox capabilities, able to customize views for customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that I can upload more formats, allowing the user to pick the format photo is downloaded. For example, JPEG, .EPS, or .TIFF Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the large variety of images that are available for my marketing use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any issues with this website Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software is simple, well documented and intuitive. From our initial evaluation of Chorus to onboarding and getting everything set up, the Third Light team is clearly dedicated to the quality of their products and the success of their customers. Chorus is well designed from a user standpoint without being bloated with extra features. Instead of trying to do everything, it's streamlined and focused on how we operate day to day and what it does, it does well. With the additional API module we're able to run custom scripts and integrate it with our other workflows in clever ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are sometimes (very minor) features that I wish were there, but I like the streamlined look and feel of Chorus. They've included a lot of really nice features that I wouldn't have thought of. So I really don't have any big complaints. Our customer success rep has been there to answer questions and walk me through any issues we've had. There's really not much to dislike, from my experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The cloud based system with metadata searches makes it ideal for searching for files at home or when traveling. The sharing of folders and files to external people is very easy . Getting images Live to our social media team has been simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface and thumbnails are very large. It's an easy fix in Chrome lowering the magnification but many users aren't that aware and it's the biggest compliant from our communications staff.
It would have been very helpful to see the interface and folder structure layout before purchase and it would have helped with out internal file organization before we moved all the images.
Adding permissions to a single folder that has "inherit permissions" duplicates the folder in "invited folders" on the portal view.
You can't seem to download an entire lightbox at one time. It looks like you have to download 1 image at a time.
I wish users could sort images on time, rating, filename like the admin people can on the back end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
How easy it is to search for photos. Also, the speed with which the images load. The sharing with outside people options are nice too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wish you could change the size of the image preview tiles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool is very easy to use and has a super helpful online Google search-like manual that provides straightforward and to the point explanations. Compared to its competitors, the product seems to provide better value for less cost. It ticks all the boxes (and then some) when it comes to digital asset management. A very visual tool that allows you to store, edit, and share as a team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although there are no significant downsides, the upload time can be a pain (although rarely) and it seems to vary from time to time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Photoshelter makes it easy for us to share images across the university and point people to one source of truth. It is hands down a necessary tool for all brands and marketers to use. So simple and so easy. Uploading is also very simple. A tool like this is easy to understand and use on a daily basis. I log in at least once a week and grab images for different types of campaigns. I can’t think of any downsides. It serves its purpose really well. Sometimes it can be a bit slow and require a few extra clicks, but other than that, it has been a super great tool that we couldn’t live without.one other thing I don’t necessarily like is that uploading images can take a bit of time. It isn’t always so simple. Sometimes it takes a bit longer than other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the client-proofing capabilities and the tagging features during the upload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like a better cloud integration with Google Drive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
