This product allows our photo team to easily upload photos that we can then download and use on social media in real-time. The tagging/search feature allows us to quickly find photos to use for content creation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have no complaints with this product as it does everything I need it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The upload speeds are great. They are very fast in the early morning, not as fast later in the afternoon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The browser interface on Google Chrome is a bit clunky and counterintuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to work alongside colleagues or supervisors in collaborative workspaces is key to our success when utilizing the tool for major and minor projects or campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be quite honest, no major issues with the actual interface or tools, I think it continues to surprise and innovate. My only meh is that you advertise Chickfila's usage - could go without big negative impact brands being advertised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You get a personalized experience with the PhotoShelter team. My account rep is always available and ready to receive feedback for tools. I feel like my needs are always heard! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the integrations aren't built out as extensively as I would like. Additionally there isn't a desktop application or something that makes uploading to the DAM easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of dropping photos into and organizing galleries. Very simple and "Dummy Proof". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would wish for more tools for organization like sorting photos by file size, to make cleaning old photos out easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their website is super brilliant, lots of colour to capture your eyes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not a very useful product for most individuals, i feel. Other than photographers and the like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On the surface, the admin side of Photoshelter for Brands (formerly Libris) has a lot of flexibility and good user interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
However, as I use it more I discover a surprising number of features and options that no longer are part of the app. In addition, the public side is less customizable than the single-user Photoshelter accounts. They this is because those sites are designed for photographers as portfolio pages, while the Photoshelter for Brands pages are meant to easily search for a deliver digital assets. This is true, however I dont understand why they would eliminate good features, especially considering the Brands subscription is many times more expensive than the individual user accounts. For a previous client we switched them from Photoshelter to Canto which is more reasonably priced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to upload, disseminate, update, and keep tabs on a variety of graphic assets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The overall look of the library. Needs a touch up on the UI / UX front. :D Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Third Light is a sound platform with the best customer and technical support of any software I've used. This shouldn't be understated! It's what any software should be... but I've struggled in my 8+ years to find DAM software that actually works properly. Chorus correctly maps and embeds metadata in the files. Files won't disappear either, and Chorus won't re-write your metadata, lol. Third Light Support is always responsive, extremely knowledgable, and can provide both technical and creative solutions.
S/O to new features in Chorus: AI tagging, dual-pane interface, the sleek interface overall, link sharing, and having Marco assist in the migration from the previous IMS version. We have yet to try the new chat and sync modules, but are very eager to do so. Third Light keeps expanding with new features-- love it!
Also, Chorus is priced very fairly and way better than other platforms. I think this is a testament to Third Light's care in their product-- not trying to take advantage of the customer. This allows us to add on modules like AI tagging and hopefully others.
In addition to continually developing Chorus, their webinar series by the Customer Success Team, is highly informative. Whether you are interested in Chorus or are already using it, I always take loads of notes that help me excel at my job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, the pros far outweigh the cons. We selected Third Light because of our discontent with other DAM software. I would prefer to go into critical detail on those platforms. If anything, XMP sidecar file support would be helpful for RAW files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software interface is well-designed and fairly easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I still get confused on permissions and what's available for who to see, but that's probably an internal issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
