It automatically schedules campaigns for you and ensures that your users don't all get the same email at the same time (unless you want it too). The AI assistant makes it really easy to produce effective custom tests and their is also a library of templates if that is your preference.

The interface is highly commendable. The AI utilized in the background to generate test emails is notably impressive, and even as the IT administrator, I have nearly been deceived on several occasions. The reports are very well-presented, making it easy to monitor the company's performance. Additionally, customer service is exceptional, with optional meetings scheduled every few months to discuss new features of Phished. Typically, such meetings are redundant and inconvenient, but Phished consistently introduces valuable new functionality. Also, the assistance we had in setting up Phished was superb. This is a unique service that offers educational videos about email security, device security, bank security, and more, there's so much content that they cover. It's also great that each session is quick but informative so there's not a huge lift in getting people to engage. It is very easy to set up as an admin and easy to use as an end-user. The information ranges widely and lessons are short and sweet. It is easy to squeeze one in every week. Design is nice. The lessons are sometimes a bit too simplistic, with multiple choice answers where, even without having done the lesson, you can guess the correct answer.

I like the fact that there is an easy platform thats available for ourself and for clients. The support documentation can help with easy intergration and implementation of the platform.
