The ability of PHEMI to run advanced analytics is a big advantage on any type of data. The resulting self-serve environment gives access of data through a variety of standard protocols. PHEMI Health DataLab never provides analytics and customized tools. There are also concerns regarding data privacy. It takes time to become familiar, with all the features. Support is unavailable. The collection, storage, and analysis of large amounts of personal health data raises concerns about privacy and confidentiality. The data used by the DataLab contain biases or inaccuracies, leading to misinterpretations and potentially harmful decisions. Data insights is misused by discriminatory practices. If security is your priority, then you need this. It houses everything you need in one location and you know it's secure. This software was so user-friendly and easy to integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing, I have not came across anything yet. If anything, I would say they need to do a better job as showing the features in an easy-to-understand way for those not as tech-savvy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
