We feel that they should open more offices in smaller cities so that we can get training support on field, right now it takes 2 days to arrange on field training in small cities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Intergration time is very huge. When ever we have a new outlet coming up intergration takes lot more time. There are few flaws in the sofware were people can start misuing it for their own benefit & this would be a really dangarous to any organisation specially billing part. 1- I never face any issue while billing on pos and if i get any error then the customer support is available 24*7.
2- Yes we get the reports accurate and no need to mainatin the another sheet we can export prepare a data quick.
