The only negative is the subscription model (which is logically necessary for the development of the product). Why is this negative for us? Sometimes it wasn't easy for me to detect which option is included in which plan. I was looking for an automatic e-mail response for new leads. I couldn't find an answer and texted the customer support, who told me that it was not included in my plan until a couple of days later all of a sudden I could indeed use it. I would have a single suggestion for improvement, however: It would be great if in the future Perspective could be connected directly with one's own domain via the nameserver. Furthermore, I would wish for the pricing structure to be reconsidered and additional features, especially for agencies, to be introduced. That would make the software even more attractive and further optimize its use. As a marketer, I created funnels for an electrical company to recruit new employees. All attempts through the employment office and recruiting agencies failed. We recruited 2 new employees. Great tool and builder for the funnels. Very intuitive, easy to understand, and drag and drop. There are templates that can be used or designed yourself. After the update, even more variants are possible. What I particularly liked is the FAQ area. Everything is included. If not, just ask via chat. The super nice perspective people are very quick and support wherever possible. If not answered immediately, then they search and support. Data protection and imprint are quickly linked.
