
I really like the large variety of features in Permutive that are mostly easy to understand and use. It's the most attractive Data Management Platform (DMP) in the market for me because of their offering. They are continuously developing useful and relevant features while listening to customer and market feedback. I appreciate that they're actively trying to solve challenges in the market, like data collaboration, curation, identity management, and improving the RFP process with features like AI keyword/audience explorer or recommendations. Tools like Planning help my team make our work and the entire RFP workflow more efficient, allowing us to reduce the lead time for offers and provide quicker responses to stakeholders. - New features are often not proactively shared with us, and we're not asked if we want to join a beta. We usually have to screen the change log ourselves or encounter new features late. I'd appreciate a more transparent and collaborative approach here. - Tech Support: Although the quality and response times of Permutive's tech support have improved significantly, we don't always receive satisfactory responses to our inquiries. Sometimes it's due to a lack of necessary knowledge or because no suitable solution is available (e.g., classification modeling). - The classification modeling feature feels like it's still in beta, despite being released years ago. Features like cohort membership or simple cohort name editing are missing. The output of the models is often inexplicable and disappointing, which is why we actively avoid using this feature.
