Perkbox has a user-friendly interface and offers an excellent mix of benefits including reward systems, vouchers, discounts and free competitions. The work with a vast range of UK businesses and are alsways adding more (many of which are from customer suggestions).

Perkbox make it easy for employers to reward their people in different ways and to access reports to gain an insight into which of these are particularly popular. We've also been impressed with how easy it has been to intergrate into our benefits package. One huge plus is the large range of wellbeing content included.

The flexibility and range of offers - from competitions which are free to enter, through to vouchers. I really like that for some stores, you can select either to earn points when shopping, or to get a discounted voucher. The site is easy to use, and popping in every week or so gives a new variety of offers. The variety of perks and discounts available across the High Street, which allows colleagues choice and flexibility - this is so important when issuing employees with points to spend on what matters to them most! The system is easy to use, implementation was simple and fast. The ease and speed of set up and the variety of benefits and discounts offered. I have used Perkbox before but not for 6 years. It was good then but has developed into a culture and wellness hub as well as offering benefits and discounts, so for the cost its a no brainer to support staff!! I’ve been using Perkbox for a while now, and I'm enjoying it. What stands out the most is the variety—it offers something for everyone, from discounts on everyday essentials to wellness apps and fun treats like free coffees and cinema tickets. The platform is super easy to use, which makes it simple to actually enjoy the perks.

While Perkbox has a lot of great features, there are a few areas that could be improved. One issue I’ve noticed is that some of the discounts or offers aren’t always as competitive as they seem—you can sometimes find similar deals elsewhere. The opportunity to make savings on daily items is a bit draw for Perkbox, but with our business focus on supporting our employees both emotionally and physically, the wellness hub is a particularly good feature which this adding to the suite of support platforms available. There needs to be more engagement from Perkbox - for example, it would be useful for promotional material to be pushed out. It is hard to gauge an accurate view of level of savings being realised by employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is very user firendly and is simple but also provides everything you could want in an employee rewards system. I enjoy that there is the wellbeing videos available for users but also day to day perks such as money off shopping.
