It's fresh and tailored to our business using our branding and it's constantly evolving and being updated. There is something for everyone on there too.

Reward Gateway supports our overall employee engagement. Our e-cards and recognition programme have helped us embed our organisational values, and hundreds of e-cards are sent each year.

The fact that the monetary recognition is linked to the discounts site is great, meaning that colleagues can really appreciate the savings to be made. The smart spending app is easy to use - many a time I have been in a queue to pay for something with the app open ready to save.

Customer support is great - forward thinking, innovative and genuinely helpful.
