Without a doubt, the best thing about HR Cloud for me is our Account Manager, Bruno. It's clear that he has a lot of experience working with this tool and has extensive knowledge of it. He always tries to provide the best solution to any problem. What I like the least is that the mobile version is very limited. I also don’t like that when impersonating an employee to run tests, they receive notifications all the time, and this cannot be removed.

On the other hand, I think the roles need to be rethought, as I’m not entirely convinced with how they work and the level of security each one has. I believe it’s a good tool, but it could be even more complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system has several shortcomings. Although one of its features is the ability to personalize documents for signature, it was not possible to configure it properly. Additionally, it is not compatible with our time and attendance tool, leading to duplicated efforts internally. I really like the interface of People HRMS platform it is very easy to use application and easy to implement.
