**What do you like best about People HRMS by HR Cloud?**

This unified platform combines end-to-end recruitment and daily HR operations perfectly for our staffing agency. Its native data controls fully align with GDPR and German data protection requirements, which is critical for our work. Ready-to-use hiring workflows cut down routine work significantly, and the dedicated candidate dashboard lets our team oversee all recruitment phases efficiently. The system runs reliably even when processing large batches of applicant information.

**What do you dislike about People HRMS by HR Cloud?**

The reporting functionality is fairly basic, so we cannot build custom analytics for sourcing efficiency and key hiring indicators. There are no preconfigured templates adapted for German recruitment firms. Advanced hiring workflows are not easy to modify, and the system occasionally lags during bulk candidate data imports, interrupting our daily work pace.

Before adopting this system, candidate information and HR documents were spread across different tools. It brings all recruitment and employee management data into one single platform, reducing manual repetitive work. It helps us stay compliant with local labor regulations and GDPR, streamlines the entire hiring process, shortens recruitment cycles and creates a better overall experience for job seekers.

**What do you like best about People HRMS by HR Cloud?**

I like that People HRMS by HR Cloud is intuitive and easy for all parties to use. It's especially beneficial in our construction industry where not everyone is technology savvy. We've been onboarding for a few months now without anyone having real issues navigating the onboarding process. Additionally, managers were able to pick up the software with minimal training. The initial setup was the simplest integration I've ever had in my 25 years as an HR Manager. I also appreciate that it's low cost for high value.

**What do you dislike about People HRMS by HR Cloud?**

Employees cannot self-serve documents in the task library, which requires an admin to assign the form to start the process. If employees could initiate the document and start the workflow themselves, it would save all departments time. Additionally, documents/tasks are not able to initiate additional tasks or documents based on answers.

**What problems is People HRMS by HR Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use People HRMS by HR Cloud for employee document management, onboarding, compliance, and consistent policy distribution. It's intuitive and easy for all parties to use, even those not tech-savvy, allowing managers to onboard smoothly with minimal training.

People HRMS is a tool that supports all HR functions .

People HRMS is a great tool in processing the payroll,to minimize the accounting tasks.

This tool acts like a central hub that streamlines the documentation process.

It acts like a calender for our employees ,their schedules and also time-offs .

It's features are limited on the mobile phone.
No dislikes at all.

With People HRMS you are able to take control of your work,by automating administrative work so that you can be able to manage the rest of the work .

I really like the interface of People HRMS platform it is very easy to use application and easy to implement. I am also happy with the multiple features given by People HRMS such as, managing employees attendace, track employees leaves, manage salary data for each month etc. People HRMS tool is also easy to integrate with relevant tools which is really good and I am using People HRMS frequently on daily basis. I will definetly go with People HRMS tool because of useful features and easy to use platform.

Sometimes customer support takes time to resolve the issues we are facing on the software rest everything is good.

**What problems is People HRMS by HR Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

People HRMS solves my biggest problem of managing employees data such as employees attendance, employees salary, leave balances, employees birthday dates etc. In my opinion People HRMS provides me all the useful things which is generally needed by HR of any organisation and I am satisfied with those services.

People HRMS is the best tool to onboard new employees and manage their data on single platform. I really like the interface of People HRMS tool. People HRMS is easy to implement and also it have multiple features to use such as managing employees attendance, leave balances, employees information etc. I am using People HRMS frequently on daily basis to track the data of employees. People HRMS is also best tool to integrate with any relevant software we are using in our organization.

Sometimes Customer Support takes time to resolve the issues. Rest everything is perfect in this platform.

People HRMS solved my biggest problem of managing employees data in my organisation. With the help of People HRMS now I can track the attendance of employees and their birthdays, salary slips and leave balances. I am happy to use the People HRMS tool from last few months.

The customer support takes a huge of time to resolve issues. The mobile app needs to keep getting better with features. The functionality of the system is affected by a lack of internet connection and slowness.

**What do you dislike about People HRMS by HR Cloud?**

It needs to be more user friendly. There are some concerns regarding the professionalism of the customer support team and some defects in the payroll system. There are times when productivity is hindered due to the nonbased platform. I have encountered many dislikes.

**What problems is People HRMS by HR Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They dont provide tutorials for users like myself. Having videos would be better for understanding how to use the system. Theres a lack of data masking for information in the software, which poses a potential security risk.

We like the most how it is easy for us to explain to new users. Also, we are super satisfied with customer support, they are fast and precise in resolving our questions. The application can be adjusted to our needs.
Integration process was easy for HR.

There is nothing that we do not like currently. We had an issue with some features on the mobile app which will be soon updated.

People HRMS has great capabilities taht make it a powerful tool.

For responsibilities such as seeking leave and maintaining attendance, the programme is simple to use. It's user-friendly, addresses HR requirements. You may assess your own performance, and it delivers useful reminders to keep you up to date. It's also reasonably priced and well worth the money.

So far, no problems; I haven't come across any things that I dislike. Although my use has been restricted.

Amazing tool developed by this community. I have been using this tool for the last 8 months and the most attractive thing I found is connecting co-workers within the same organisation. Wishing birthdays, anniversaries etc.

**What do you dislike about People HRMS by HR Cloud?**

The leaves and holidays module is a bit different from other tools. Not very handy to apply for leaves and see upcoming holidays. There should be notification across my leaves on scheduled days before my leaves.

**What problems is People HRMS by HR Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Use this tool on daily basis for marking attendance, checking holidays, applying leaves and connecting with other co-workers and wishing birthdays and other events.

**What do you like best about People HRMS by HR Cloud?**

The finest features include application for leave, management of leave, attendance etc. The software is quite beginner friendly as it is simple to use and not complicated at all. The layout is satisfactory. The software takes care of the HR needs. It allows self-evaluation so productivity is enhanced. The system of notifications and reminders keeps one updated, so no time is wasted. Its affordable so it is worth the price.

**What do you dislike about People HRMS by HR Cloud?**

One of the biggest issues include lack of professionalism by the customer support because they don't respond. The payroll system is a bit defective and there is no reminder for approval of leaves. One of my biggest concerns is that it is not web based and you have to download it which sometimes hinders the productivity. Data security is faulty too.

The software is highly recommended due to its economical price and the function that makes it easier to communicate with other team members. The functioning and useable tools like geo fencing, report generation are all available at one platform. The user can also customize HRMS tools.

**What do you like best about People HRMS by HR Cloud?**

Love the interface, and pleasing to the eye which really makes all the difference. If I cannot focus on my screen, I will not use the website, no matter how useful it may be. I need to feel comfortable with it and I really do with Hr Cloud. 

**What do you dislike about People HRMS by HR Cloud?**

Nothing! Have not faced any features I dislike yet. My use of the site has been pretty limited so far, however, using it is a part of my role at my job and I am becoming more familiar with it on a daily basis. 

**Recommendations to others considering People HRMS by HR Cloud:**

Maybe provide tutorials for new users like myself. I know I would watch videos if they were readily available!

**What problems is People HRMS by HR Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to solve problems such as requests for PTO and connecting that information to team leaders who need to know when their members will be out. The features have been really helpful for everyone to be on the same page and it is also great that we can connect with our google calendars!

**What do you like best about People HRMS by HR Cloud?**

HR Cloud allows us to set tasks and automate reminders. This cuts down on the amount of manual follow up that we need to do and allows us to quickly see where each person is at from an overview perspective. It is easy to add or delete tasks depending on the consultant being onboarded.

**What do you dislike about People HRMS by HR Cloud?**

HR Cloud sometimes will run updates during holidays or times when they are unavailable to troubleshoot issues that often come with updates. Some of their notifications cannot be set as specifically as we would like for our purposes and different departments.

**What problems is People HRMS by HR Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are saving tons of time on manual follow up. This allows us to spend time on other projects and tasks. It is also easier to keep a complete file totally secure without having to lock PDFs and keep them in our own databases.

HR Cloud’s flexibility and ease of use have made them the perfect choice. The adaptability of the system, along with their customer support being willing to find workarounds for us, has been key to meeting our every need.

**What do you dislike about People HRMS by HR Cloud?**

Nothing really. We ran into the occasional glitch but the support team was always quick to respond to us.

**What problems is People HRMS by HR Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primary benefit has been centralizing information and saving time. Before HR Cloud we had documents relating to employees stored across several locations which always took time to find. Now all employee information is in HR Cloud and easy to access.
