While you have the big boys such as Uline, Budget, etc. Sometimes this one goes noticed but it should not providing all of the tools and utilities as the competition but at the fraction of a price . Cost cutting measures come in somewhere and that is reflected in the quality of the customer care support. But that is not a knock on the individuals themselves but more so it could be the training structure and education on their services or lack thereof I should say.
