The designs are fantastic, of course, but the work flow is maybe the best part. It's really easy to communicate with designers, identify changes, and submit projects. Most designers can keep matching our established client brand styles fairly quickly. We do a lot of images with changes to text but similar styles, and the team does a good job of testing out new elements when needed but otherwise adhering to the design brief. There is a learning curve to submitting all of your requests by end of day US business hours, and then reviewing your design drafts that came in over night. But that's the nature of productized services like that so once you embrace it, it works quite well with having what you need to deliver at the start of each day. Penji has a talented team, though many of them are overseas. They do offer the option to have folks who work on your timezone for an additional fee, though I often prefer to have the most talented and best fit designer, rather than those bending to meet timezone requirements. You have to make sure you get new design requests submitted before a certain time or else they have to wait until the next day, but that's pretty simple once you know about it.
