A single 45-second revision took 3 days and required multiple rounds of corrections. The initial thumbnail they delivered even had my eyes closed. When we asked them to follow our branding guidelines, the “fix” was literally adding a green box to the thumbnail. What made this worse is that this was a sample project they offered to demonstrate the quality of their service. Based on the delays, lack of attention to detail, and the overall buggy software experience, we decided it wasn’t a good fit and politely let them know we wouldn’t be moving forward. The next business day, we received an email saying we hadn’t paid for the sample they had originally offered for free, and that they owned the rights to it and we needed to remove it immediately. We complied right away, but honestly, it felt unnecessarily petty and unprofessional. Between the pricing, the workflow issues, and the overall experience, this was one of the worst vendor experiences we’ve had, and I would not recommend working with them. **What problems is Design Pickle solving and how is that benefiting you?** It didn't terrible quality and awful customer support. ### 2. Flyers, social posts, banners, brochures, t-shirt mockups, emergency posters for someone’s cousin’s fundraiser, sadly, it’s all mine. Enter Design Pickle. They’ve taken at least 75% of the weight off my back. No exaggeration. I drop a design request in, and boom, it’s DONE. And it’s good. Like “hey, we suddenly have a whole art department?” good. They get my style, they deliver fast, and they never roll their eyes when I say, “Can we just try one more version with dark blue instead of navy?” (Even though they probably should.) I used to spend hours stuck in Canva at midnight trying to make magic happen. Now? Just Pickle it. I’ve reclaimed my time, my sanity, and quite possibly, my posture. I got the first one back 24 hours later and it was garbage. A bunch of words typed in standard windows fonts. Not organized. No design. Maybe done by ai. My revision request had not been started 24 hours later. So 10 tee designs would take 20 days at this rate with no aesthetic at all. They refused to refund my account although I got zero service.
