What do you like best about Pendula?

The best thing about Pendula is definetly their top notch customer service. Everytime we had a question or needed help our representative has been incredibely responsive and friendly. Although the Salesforce integration wasn’t straightforward, we had guidance through every step of the process. They made sure we were set up correctly and didn’t leave us hanging at any point, which made a potentially frustrating experience much more manageable.

Once everything was set up, Pendula proved to be a reliable and user-friendly platform. The messaging flows are straightforward, and they’ve made it much easier to keep our communications organized and consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pendula?

While the Pendula is great overall, there are some areas for improvement. The integration with Salesforce, as mentioned, took some effort—it would be nice if that process could be smoother in the future.

Also, the messaging flows could use more advanced features, like a “loop” function to repeat certain actions. This would make automation much more powerful and flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pendula?

I appreciate how easily Pendula integrates with our Salesforce platform, making it simple to execute and automate our marketing strategies based on client responses. What do you like best about Pendula?

As a systems administrator, I find Pendula’s seamless integration with Salesforce significantly enhances my ability to manage bulk messaging efficiently. The platform allows me to create flows similar to Salesforce reporting, which is incredibly useful. I can easily track the number of recipients and use flow triggers to schedule and activate various functionalities. These features streamline my operations and ensure consistent communication with both customers and staff. The user-friendly interface and robust automation capabilities make Pendula an indispensable tool in my daily workflow. I frequently use it as a System Administrator and train other usrers to use Pendula. I find Pendula’s seamless integration with Salesforce and user-friendly interface made the implementation process straightforward and well-supported. I have been in contact with Pendula various times to clarify some doubts and they have been really responsive and helpful rpoviding clear guidance whenever needed. What do you dislike about Pendula?

One area for improvement is the ability to see the specific recipients of bulk messages. While I can check the number of recipients, it would be beneficial to have a feature that allows exporting a report of the recipients who will receive the message. What do you like best about Pendula?

Pendula is easy to use, customisable and opens up endless possibilities for communications across the employee and customer life cycles. What do you like best about Pendula?

What do you like best about Pendula?

- Incredible service and support response

- API Integration with HubSpot

- Segmentation based on SMS responses

- Continuous product development and optimisation

- Easy to use with drag-and-drop functionality for SMS campaign pathways

- Currently only available to send SMS in Australia

What do you like best about Pendula?

Their SMS Flow system is simply amazing: easy, highly customizable, and ready to connect to external platforms and CRMs. Support is always ready to jump into action quickly when we have any doubts. No issues with the app so far.

Our Implementation Consultant, Josh helped us on every step of our setup, taking the extra time to explain us every step, even so the app is quite simple to understand and configure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pendula?

Pendula is simple to setup and integrate with Salesforce. Its simple and intuitive interface allows you to easy identify records and send out customised communications to your customers.
