I am only speaking for the current pilot version my company is using: It would be more convenient if live flows could be edited or updated directly, instead of needing to pause them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was very easy to implement the solution for our company. There was no need to look for tech specialists. It is also good to give our clients the full attention of a real human being over a chatbot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the applications flexibility. It can do multiple things at the same time. And all of this is customisable. We can design a lot of workflows and messaging systems as per our requirements Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The product's journey builder is very easy to use, and very comprehensive. We found the companies customer care and enablement outstanding. As a salesforce user, we found that Pendula took the time to understand our set-up, along with our business, and was, therefore, able to provide us with meaningful advice on campaigns that did lead t very meaningful results. Some of the list pages are annoying. Having said that, the team have been very responsive and continuously improving those pages. I am clutching at straws here. Most problem areas and there are not many, are improved promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
