What do you like best about Peach?

The responsiveness of the Peach team has been incredible the entire onboarding and implementation. They have helped above and beyond with everything that was needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Peach?

There are some missing pieces in the Peach's agent portal that make some things difficult to modify/configure with no developers/Peach's help. However, any new request was immediately heard and put into their feature requests/roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Peach solving and how is that benefiting you?

Removes complexity from the customer around managing the logic and the rules around loan servicing and payment waterfall, as well as the daily calculations of the interests/payment schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Peach?

Neat software that makes it easy for me to manage my inventory.

Completely paperless process

I can use it on any of my devices.

Integrates well with once you have the woocommerce plugin on Wordpress Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Peach?

The user interface, although efficient, is not the most attractive.

Takes quite a bit of time to get all of your data migrated to it's service, but this is a one time thing and not that big a deal Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Peach solving and how is that benefiting you?

It provides a unique interface that it is compatible with multiple service providers, although my use case was limited to just Wordpress, once you get the woocommerce plugin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Peach?

After a lengthy evaluation process for the right loan management system, we chose Peach thanks to their API-first approach and industry experience, which helped us make better decisions for our product and tailor it to our type of clients and product language.

Their customer service is beyond expectations with a dedicated slack channel helping our engineers, product and support team to get answers and solve issues not only on a timely manner but also in their preferred channel - not losing context.

In addition, we have got suitable alternatives or reasonable timelines for future developments for the features we needed that didn't exist yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Peach?

Peach is a relatively new product, so sometimes missing functionalities, mainly for edge cases scenarios, is something that you need to find either workaround or wait a bit for their development Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
