**What do you like best about Peach?**

The responsiveness of the Peach team has been incredible the entire onboarding and implementation. They have helped above and beyond with everything that was needed.

**What do you dislike about Peach?**

There are some missing pieces in the Peach's agent portal that make some things difficult to modify/configure with no developers/Peach's help. However, any new request was immediately heard and put into their feature requests/roadmap.

**What problems is Peach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Removes complexity from the customer around managing the logic and the rules around loan servicing and payment waterfall, as well as the daily calculations of the interests/payment schedules.

**What do you like best about Peach?**

Elena and Chris are extremely responsive, patient, and helpful. We could not have launch our product in two months without them!

**What do you dislike about Peach?**

Not applicable in our case. Everything was smooth.

We use Peach as our loan management system for our consumer lending product.

**What do you like best about Peach?**

After a lengthy evaluation process for the right loan management system, we chose Peach thanks to their API-first approach and industry experience, which helped us make better decisions for our product and tailor it to our type of clients and product language.
Their customer service is beyond expectations with a dedicated slack channel helping our engineers, product and support team to get answers and solve issues not only on a timely manner but also in their preferred channel - not losing context.

In addition, we have got suitable alternatives or reasonable timelines for future developments for the features we needed that didn't exist yet.

**What do you dislike about Peach?**

Peach is a relatively new product, so sometimes missing functionalities, mainly for edge cases scenarios, is something that you need to find either workaround or wait a bit for their development

**What problems is Peach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better manage our loans portfolio with high compliance standards and flexible implementations thanks to their APIs
