What do you like best about Payzer?

Payzer can be used from inside the office as well as out in the field (service technicians). We have access to our records and can print and send receipts via e-mail with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payzer?

Sometimes the program can be slow out in the field and we've had problems with swiping cards from the iPad. We mostly have to manually enter card numbers /info which leaves more room for human error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Payzer:

They are helpful and administration is always looking for better rates from other providers and we always end up staying where we are with Payzer, which says a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Payzer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Payzer allows us to take card payments with card swipers, we can also manually enter cards from the office or the Payzer app. Some benefits are the rates - they are the most reasonable we could find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Payzer?

What do you dislike about Payzer?

Since it is so simple, it does not have the data that businesses need to make intelligent decisions.

No worklow queues, no audit history, no paper trails, no accountability.

"Updates" to their software always comes with issues. Something always breaks. At one point the QB sync tool was broken for 3 weeks. We were completely blind financially for 3 weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
