I like to use payboy hr software because it provide such a excellent features to manage easily all recruiting activities including searching and tracking tallented employees information.
Payboy also offers in other fields such as project costing, appraisal and project management,etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Payboy web application performance is good instead of some update issue but android app version often become crash due to technical trouble and employees's information tracking also become slow down. This must be fix soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the best software for payroll and HR activities.
It has lot of featrures which meake life easy for the HR and Account persons.
Has a very good rule engine and workflow designed for the easy process definition.
It is not only for Payroll and HR activities but also provides wide range of process defined for different activities which followed in day to day life in every organization as lik :
1) Intventry management
2) Project costing
3) Training management
4) Apprisal system
5) Claim Processing, etc.

With PayBoy's appraisal management system, our company was able to find talented employees, and track their contribution to the growth. This helped us to give better appraisals to the right employees that boosted the company's growth.
Apart from the appraisal function of PayBoy, I liked the payroll processing which eased down a lot of work for the HR department. The payroll processing system helped us to keep a track of expenses on human resources all under one umbrella. Our company often works with freelancers and interns, and managing their salaries and payments was hard to manage, but with the extensive features of payboy it becomes quite easy. Having used payboy for a good time, I've discovered places where it can be optimized. One thing that I dislike about payboy is the applicant tracking system.
