Amplifi.io was pivotal for my previous company. Our sales and marketing team had easy access to our latest photography, financial fund, and other content and our clients had a beautiful interface with which to view our products. Couldn't ask for much more, especially compared to the outdated system we used before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I would have liked to see more of, were regular workshops to learn how to better integrate the platform. Could have been something I was not aware of, I'm sure you have something like it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The overall ease of use is a big thumbs up for me. The UI is user friendly, relating and tagging a multiple assets can be done easily. The customizable property of Searching and Filtering is simple yet powerful feature. I also like how the Folders and Assets are organized and can be easily accessed on Browse Hierarchy

The things that I liked about the software are:

- It is very easy to relate and tag your assets. it can be done fairly quickly.

- The user interface is friendly, clear and organized. No need for weeks of training to get onboarded.

- The search keywords and Customizable filters make it so efficient and powerful.

- Mass uploading feature is impressive, it has the ability to auto tag/relate the uploaded assets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the design can be improved to look more modern. Not a huge deal for me since I prefect functionality over looks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Amplifi took what was once a difficult, slow process of sharing assets and information for thousands of skus and made it easy and organized. The search function easily allows our broad team to find exactly what we need for marketing and sales purposes.

The only thing I'd like would be to be able to download individual files without having to download zips and then unzip them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User interface is easy and looks good while navigating. Makes it easier to find images or marketing assets with a click of a button and with live previews so you never have to guess what you're looking at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Search function could be a little more intuitive. It's hard to narrow down to a specific file that you're looking for as the categorization has some limitations. Lots of firewalls preventing companies from accessing the site. Many of our end users that require the files Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We loved the system of 'topics' when uploading content. The ability to upload once and the correct assets could appear in multiple locations was a massive help, it cut out a lot of duplication and avoided the issue of older assets being left out in the marketplace. if something needed to be updated, you upload once and it replaced in all the related categories. Coming up with a consistent file naming for our assets and building an organizational strategy was a lengthy process for our team, but one we needed to do regardless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The search algorithms or however that works is really solid. When you're not sure where something is located, the search bar seems to work every time. Being able to share assets to parties outside of our organization is really helpful. The whole site operates really fast, which is rare for a content platform with a lot of storage challenges. I have no major complaints about the program. I do think it's almost a full-time job managing the content on the platform and making sure all of the latest assets are uploaded and available. I upload and delete a lot of assets. The uploading feature is clunky, with about 3 buttons on the same page all leading to the same uploading page, then you have to drag assets into a small square in a large empty area. I also find that image previews don't always load, and/or don't always choose the right hero image even with automation. Deleting assets is also clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
