What do you like best about Pattern PXM?

The three main features I liked best are:

1. The fact that Amplifi.io offers PIM (product information management) capabilities in its DAM, allowing customers access not only to digital assets but also key product information, features and benefits.

2. The left-hand navigation system allows listing by brand of each individual product model offered.

3. The ability to set up different “regions” allowing us to create separate access and views for a sister brand, and an inhouse training academy that presented a service rather than a product. There were a couple of things that required remembering, or one would miss it – these aren't glitches to the system at all, but not intuitive to occasional users. What do you dislike about Pattern PXM?

1. With the different folder views for files and collections, if you couldn’t find an image, you were in the wrong location.

2. Logo files are stored in two different locations depending on the file type. i.e., if the file is an eps file it’s stored in the misc. file, not in the image file (because it’s not an image). Once you know this, it’s not an issue, though it's not intuitive for first-time or occasional users.

3. A user needs to make sure they don't just delete a folder but remove it altogether; otherwise, it will go into an unassociated folder. We had some admins in different regions that didn't understand that, and files were often going into unassociated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pattern PXM?

My dislikes with the platform are all specific to the overall onboarding experience and are not at all specific to the platform and technology itself. Amplifi wants to make the platform work for every single use case but once signed on, there is little follow-up to help each client ensure onboarding is completed. My specific case may be the result of timing alone, but there were times where I had to follow up multiple times and then go above my POC before I received a response / update. What do you like best about Pattern PXM?

Personalized support from a dedicated customer success manager, who took the time to learn about our business and understand the data and asset management challenges we were facing as a result of rapid growth. This custom and personalized onboarding meant our most significant pain points were prioritized and quickly addressed.

The straightforward UX makes onboarding tech-challenged staff easy and has led to widespread adoption within our organization.

The filename-based folder tagging feature is fantastic! Instead of spending hours filing away product assets, we now literally drag and drop them (in bulk) into amplifi, and they are imported into their respective product folders in seconds! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pattern PXM?

We can't currently upload product data ourselves in bulk via .csv import. Though this is a temporary complaint as I know Amplifi has this feature in development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pattern PXM?

The landing page and the quick access to the products

All features are amazing and super friendly

All tools are usage and nothing has been deactivated

What do you like best about Pattern PXM?

What do you like best about Pattern PXM?

The platform alone speaks for itself in terms of functionality and customization. However, the team at Amplifi is one of the best features. The level of on boarding and migration assistance is far above average. Transitioning multiple brands into a single system while maintain distinct organizational conventions is not an easy task. The support team at Amplify was instrumental in planning, executing and fine-tuning the system and processes we now have in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pattern PXM?

Genuinely impressed with the functionality and performance of the system. Besides a few personal preferences in regards to sitemap, the system works great.
