There are a few things I love about PartnerStack. I like how easy it is for potential partners to sign-up and how easy the platform makes it for you to on-board your partners. I'm not a huge fan of the analytics. You can get a lot of data from what is seen in the main dashboard, but there aren't a lot of advanced filtering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It takes more than 2 weeks to get anything sorted with support or AE's. Be it an export or a trigger, even minimal tasks take too long. In a fast-paced industry like SaaS we need quick response time, especially when dealing with partners with low engagement. Vague answers and repetitive questions don't help either. It's great that PartnerStack offers a full-stack platform and provides user-friendly solution. PartnerStack team has been very open to our comments and suggestions, always ready to assist us with the questions.

We like that we can manage every interaction with the partners within one tool. We can group all the partners the way we want to communicate with each group accordingly. Integration process with our CRM was not very intuitive and straightforward. I had to ask a lot of clarifying questions before understanding what needs to be done to launch the program.

I love that Partnerstack is user friendly. Software can be so unnecessarily complex and this is the antithesis of that. Simple to navigate, easy to update and generally all-round straight-forward Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First and foremost, I like the overall UI of Partnerstack. Most affiliate networks I've run with are way too clumpy with data and the way they segment vendors. Partnerstack has done a fine job cleaning up the dashboard to make it easier to navigate. Also the way you can pay yourself whenever you hit threshhold date is really convenient. Their team is pretty quick to respond to any issues you may have with an advertiser too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One issue I do have with Partnerstack is the lack of subIDs for links. Yes, if you're an agency partner you don't really need subIDs but if you're running media buying campaigns it does make a MAJOR difference. I would like to see how my creatives perform but with lack of subIDs and pixels one wastes more time doing it manually.

Another thing they should do is segment vendors by category. I would like to see the following segments. (Lifetime Commissions/12 month commission/one time commission) , (Payout %/Tier %) , (Countries accepted), (Newest to Oldest advertiser), (Reply rate/time from advertiser) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very clean white label solution used by an agency I have partnered with and received timely payouts. Clear tool that I look forward to using for partners of my own moving forward. Accessing the partner site was difficult but I think that was the fault of the agency that used the tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
