I love the reporting feature of my withdrawls- specifically I can track the withdrawals by month and download a report. I also love that it makes it easy to see which months Im performing well and how many people have signed up using my affiliate link, the payout amount and communicating with the affiliate company through the messaging about payout questions. I would love for there to be more robust reporting features or a way to reach out to affiliates who signed up with my link to connect with my GSuite or other email program and have automated thank you messages sent and or links to their website to learn more about them. The help / support function is one of the best I've used. I like the immediate notification that my query has been received and the answers I get back from the support team are detailed and solve my problems.

Blaize has handled our account well, especially as it's been a disjointed start with change of personnel and a challenging transitioning group of mid point partners and transactions to upload.

I have found the system time consuming in terms of checking the partners have signed up correctly. There have been some rogue names appearing in my list which aren't Veeqo partners. There have also been some lengthy sessions whereby we've had to go back through transactions and rewards to fix the errors.

I appreciate that PartnerStack makes it very obvious with in-app messaging that if we started taking payouts with Stripe, we'd save a lot of money compared to using PayPal. I also like that the connection with my referral partners is always up to date and accurate. I can get an email from my partner and immediately go to PartnerStack and see what I've earned. The "estimated payment" dates seem to be off by about a month most of the time. Perhaps this has to do with the partners rather than PartnerStack, but nevertheless, I've learned not to fully count on the payout amount at all until it shows 100% cleared for payment. It was incredibly simple to use, and made it easy to become an affiliate quickly. It's basically made it drop dead simple to refer software to people in my network, and to collect affiliate revenues without having to think about it.

The concept is brilliant - work together with partners whom you would refer anyway and drive revenue for everyone involved. It is great!

There was a short waiting period to get connected with partners. Overall, however, it was a simple and efficient process and all of the steps made sense. I think that it could be made even simpler and it would be great if one of the features were to recommend to me other partnerships based on my area of expertise that I could explore. If they made sense to me, then I would be able to make even more connections, drive more revenue for partners that make sense for me as well. The professional and kind support from our CSM, she's great to work with. Easy to setup and maintain, you can get your program up and running in a matter of minutes. Very intuitive flow, does not require any help article.

As you get up and running, you will discover the ability to expand your program with more bells and whistles, such as the automated actions and custom triggers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform can still improve in terms of "feel", like a Single Page Application software, although it is actually improving at a good pace. More "pure PRM features" could be a nice benefit, allowing to host a mini partner portal with a stronger asset bank, integrations with LMS. Analytics could be better, but I've been told they're being completely revamped and got a sneak peek, it will indeed be much better.

Some of the good things that I like most about PartnerStack are as follows:

1) Clean, simple and easy to use interface (best in the entire affiliate industry),

2) Easy to navigate,

3) Helps me connect with many Software-as-a-Service companies in one place,

4) Easy to join companies,

2) Easy to communicate with affiliate companies with the inbuilt messaging system to get my queries solved,

3) Add team members to my dashboard,

4) See current and historical clicks and referrals activity,

5) Create custom affiliate links,

6) Resources tab provides me various resources to know about the company and share the same with my potential customers,

7) Participate in the inbuilt contest system,

8) Choice to get payouts via Paypal or Stripe.

9) Responsive customer service.

All of the above through a single dashboard.

There is nothing much that I dislike as I have a great experience with them apart from the below.

1) It only has technology companies.

2) Choice of companies are less. Suggestion, add more companies so affiliates get more choices.

The best part of PartnerStack is that it is connected directly to our business PayPal account. The funds ONCE APPROVED get sent to your account - and then to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was surprised by the time it took to notify us of a reward - to the time it took to approved. The "pending" period is long. I found the site hard to navigate and didn't realize you had to "submit" once approved to get the funds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I liked most is the clarity with which I can see the terms and conditions of my programs. The ease to see the commissions earned and the best thing is the direct withdrawal to my paypal account after the commissions are approved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
