Working with the PartnerStack team has been great. From our initial discovery, demo, onboarding, CSM and suppport, everyone is willing to help and provide guidance. We're learning as we go and making our process better. The PS team continues to support, provide best practices, and release new features to make our use of the platform even better. There truly isn't anything that we dislike. The wish we could show our partner the opportunity journey versus simply the signed up and paid stage. We recently learned this is possible but it's an additional module/ upgrade and cost. We didn't know this while we demoed and/ or would have added it to our original proposal. The best thing which I like about partner stack it is that it is helpful for both that is a brand or a partner. If you are a brand for you want to make famous your brand. I suggest partner stack is a very good platform as a good number of deal for permoting and advertising through different kind of sources to your brand. Secondly if you're a partner or want to do affiliate referral it makes you a good amount of money for your survival. The most helpful thing I like about this application that it is a very easy and secure way of earning money without getting frauded or misguided by anyone. The process of withdrawal is so crosp and clear that you don't have to worry about your money. I am a freelancer so I know how much it means to us when we got tools like this that really enhance our skills of marketing. Even if you had any issues with any payment there customer support is too good that they help you to their best extent. I use it most of the times when I have to generyside income as most of the times the referral doesn't work but it gives a very secure and safe link which will work only between the sender and the reciever. The process of getting registered into the referral program or affiliation program is sometimes very long . We have to wait for the approval it totally depends on the brand whethwr they accept you or not . So I would like to request that the developer should help customers to .short thier waiting period .well it is not a dislike but yeah a request which will definitely makes it more good . I love that PartnerStack has so many different companies that you can partner with. This makes affiliate links so much easier. The most helpful thing about PartnerStack is how it has streamlined our referral process. Before PartnerStack, we had a long form that customers often abandoned. A customer can now refer a friend by entering their email address and getting a unique link to share with their buddy. The PartnerStack marketplace has been a bonus - we're exploring new campaigns to bring in traffic from other sources.

The best part about PartnerStack though has been the support we've received from Ola, Allie, and Ibes. Ola has been great to work with and a vital partner for guiding me to be successful with PartnerStack. He's professional and easy to approach at the same time and that has made this experience one of the better ones. I can't say that there is anything I dislike about PartnerStack but I do think that some areas could be improved. For the most part, the app is pretty intuitive but there are parts that I found hard to find. I also think that the onboarding process could have been sped up (granted we decided to sign up for PartnerStack during the holidays so I think that affected the speed of implementation).
