PartnerStack is a useful tool for managing our growing partner program. I like the ability to communicate with partners through the email functionality and the ease with which I can post announcements and challenges. Being able to view and accept referrals and watch as they progress is a very close second for us. Overall, it's a great tool for managing and communicating with partners, and we use it every day! If I had to list any downsides of PartnerStack, it's the fact that we have to lean on our partners to add their team members in order to communicate with them. I'd also like to be able to label contacts by persona and then have the functionality available to email by persona from the platform since our company doesn't use Hubspot for marketing. I love PartnerStack because it's so easy to use and makes managing partnerships a breeze. The dashboard is simple, so tracking earnings is always stress free. Having everything in one place saves me a lot of time I can focus more on building my relationships instead of juggling a lot of different tools. My problem with PartnerStack it's just to pricey for small businesses or folk's starting out. The setup can feel confusing especially if you're new to affiliate programs. The reporting tools sometimes lack flexibility I wish I could tweak data my way it's still a solid platform overall but these hiccups really grind my gears sometimes! Parterstack has a very clean and modern interface that makes the onboarding feel much less overwhelming than its competitors. When I created an account on other platforms, I wasted much more time than I would have wanted, only to figure out what to do on the platform. Partnerstack is incredibly intuitive and you can start establishing partnerships in no time.

There seem to be fewer programs than on other platforms, but the selection is actually more valuable as there are trustworthy brands and not simply "everyone", if you see what I mean. If a partnership has ended or has not been approved, the brand remains in the list of active programs, which makes the list unnecessarily cluttered. It's fine to keep them, but they should be in a separate "inactive" section to the bottom of the list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’m new to affiliate marketing, but PartnerStack made getting started incredibly easy. The setup was quick, and once my partnerships were in place, it basically ran on autopilot! I love that I don’t have to do anything after setting it up—the platform tracks everything seamlessly.

PartnerStack is a great platform for keeping track of commission and finding new partners. It’s simple to use, keeps me organized, and takes 2 minutes to setup and connect. Overall, I don’t have much to criticize. The only thing I found a bit tricky was reaching out to the product partner directly with a question. It wasn’t as straightforward as I expected, and I had to look around for the right contact option. But apart from that, everything else has been a great experience so far! the best thing about this platform is its usability. I can access all my affiliate offers on a single dashboard and also see all the stats like clicks and conversations.. also liked the one-on-one conversations with my affiliate vendors and access all the resources they provide. PartnerStack keeps all of the places that I have affiliation with in one place. I can effortlessly track clicks, sales, payouts, etc. in one browser tab! It has truly never been this easy to be an affiliate or partner for companies before, and I especially love the ability to create custom links for my campaigns. Highly recommend!
