Platform

- It is super confusing to navigate, as stated in other reviews. The reporting you see within the tool is not what you'll get invoiced. You must download transaction-level reports and roll them up by process date to determine your commission invoices.

Support

- They're responsive when you opt for their elite service, but I've always felt like they miss the mark in terms of finding relevant affiliates, especially non-discount ones

Conversion Tracking

- My data engineering team and I have spent 6 months trying to figure out the best way to send reconciled files to Partnerize so that they can better estimate what conversions were attributed to affiliates. Suppose you don't police how your conversions are tracked. In that case, you might be overpaying due to: not canceling refunds, currency conversions, and paying out on codes that shouldn't be attributed to affiliates. I joined partnerize as an affiliate marketer for a few brands I personally used and believe in. Sign up was painless and even if certain companies/brands/products no longer align with me or if I no longer matter them, I'm still able to keep my Partnerize account without pressure to become an affiliate for new brands. Partnerize does not score well on customer service. The support team was not helpful in diagnosing a complicated tracking issue and providing a solution. Our email implementation required support for multiple languages and grouping by language which was not well supported in the latest product update.
