I've worked with Partnerize for roughly four years in a full-service capacity. This means that I have a dedicated account strategist who assists with outreach, program management, troubleshooting, and more. The reporting is challenging to work in, sometimes. For immediate tracking (7 days, last month, etc.), it's straightforward to get the reporting I need, but if I need something in a larger time frame (say a three-year history), I have to reach out to my account strategist because the reporting platform will time out.
