Of all the affiliate software, Partnerize is among the best when it comes to accuracy and flexibility. There are quite a few beneficial reports that you can't find elsewhere and they really provide a nice set of options to choose from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What appears as a dislike is more of a "less bad" scenario. There is no question that Partnerize software is among the best in the affiliate industry but it is definitely a necessary evil. They don't like to be called an "affiliate network" but rather a SaaS. To each, their own but they seem to make an extraordinary effort to avoid the "affiliate network" connotation. They serve the affiliate industry more than any other it would seem and it's an insult to many of those they serve in the affiliate industry if they are too good for such a title. Are they too good to use such a title? More importantly, then what they will or won't allow themselves to be called is that as a SaaS they escape the necessity to service publishers on the front end and instead push us off to contact the company for help. It's really annoying when we spend the time to send our issue to the company who built the system, who one would think would know how to fix an issue but instead, we have to send it elsewhere to someone who may not have any idea to fix which would require us to go back to Partnerize anyhow. I wish that they developed more strict requirements for vetting new partners before allowing them onto the platform. While they have a tremendous amount of high-quality partners, there's a lot of inferior ones too. They also need to put controls in place that stop potential partners from repeatedly contacting you to request to join your campaign. I'm very hopeful they will address these pain points soon. The manual invoicing which isn't ideal but from memory there's some sort of legal barrier on your end here so understand there's not much you can do. Also really minor but in reporting now the 'conversions' and 'clicks' appears on different pages. It was a lot easier to view when it was on the one page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
