The variety of ways I can access staff informations. I can search individuals and events, with access to see staff in other department so I know when they are working too. It is important in the events industry to be able to have an overview of all departments and see who may be available for different departments, even though we may not allocate or change their shifts. It is a facility that staff use all the time either on the tablets, computers or phones, and this flexability has made it easy for all staff to access, even if they have not got the tools at home to do so. I have used the technical support option a few times and found it very quick and efficient at resolving issues. It did take some time to transition for the existing system to Parim, but once complete , all staff have found it a far superior product. The additional facilities enabling us to extract reports, is great in assessing time management issues and holiday scheduling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes staff, including myself forget their passwords to log in. We can easily resend the password login, but this does mean that all devices previously used have to be reset, which can be hard to do when you work over 2 large venues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PARim has been excellent with scheduling for our workers and keeping track of workers' documents.
Knowing when documents are expiring has made it easy to update them swiftly.
Knowing who has done what on the app with Action History is exceptional.
The support rendered by the support team is timely and always quick.

I would like to be a bit more flexible, in terms of extending a shift pattern a bit more simplified or maybe actually extend within the scheduling right click on a shift and hit extend from the date I have selected and I just need to select when till to extend. I'm not sure where to start! Ease of use, clean interface, customization, customer service, scheduling app, remote access, SMS messaging, and push notifications. What's not to like? As an expanding catering company, we love the way all our staff can know what they are supposed to be doing, when and where instantly and automatically. Using the free to download App mean there’s no need for chasing phone calls or emails. We have used PARiM to manage our staff, their shifts and absences in our Retail group for several years now. PARiM made it quick and easy to get started and schedule the staff. With its sortable, fast, unlimited database we can manage our flexible staff pool in seconds. It makes managing staff across several locations much quicker and simpler and gives me an overall view of staffing costs and levels
Using the Apps, staff can see their current, past and future shifts as well as their gross pay per shift so we receive far fewer pay and holiday queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
