What do you like best about parcelLab?

How easy it is to see all details about the shipments belonging to one single order in the case of multiple replacements.

Really easy to see if customer has had previous claims, when working in customer care. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about parcelLab?

At times, live updates from the courier are not up to date, however it is rare.

Would be really useful to have the collection reference listed for DPD collections as well to make it easier to track down Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about parcelLab?

When we onboarded with parcelLab, Julian bent over backwards to make the process as seamless as possible. We migrated over from Narvar, which was an horrible, painful experience. parcelLab was a dream to use and had great support technicians for training members of the team. ParcelLab provides us with a full data package in both systems package tracking and returns. Furhermore they also provide us with a specific customizing to maximize our best approach of delivering customer systems with high usability. Beyond that parcelLab offers me to also work and develop the product further in Beta workshops - this is very helpful to implement a system that meets customers expectations immediately in the end. What do you like best about parcelLab?

My view on what is special about parcelLab is that it has tracking and very detailed delivery information update. It means they support our customers helping them to stay updated, notwithstanding the fact that they receive fewer calls and emails. Currently, it is easy to embed with our e-commerce platform and it allows for proper exchange of data as well as quick processing of orders. The notices are not only useful in informing the right individual but also assist the customers to have a professional touch thus enhancing their experience. What do you dislike about parcelLab?

However, there is potential for more customization within parcelLab concerning the track notifications. Still, as it sends updates, the option of tailoring these notices according to the firm’s branding or matching the client’s preference is limited. This sometimes impacts our connection with the customers as there is a break in the brand association throughout the delivery process. Furthermore, the firm can improve the usability of the product, since its interface is somewhat confusing and it takes time to teach it to new clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is parcelLab solving and how is that benefiting you?

parcelLab assists us in informing the customers on the status of their deliveries which reduces a number of calls and emails we receive. It also helped to reduce the number of customer cases our support team has to deal with, thus making the efficiency of our support staff higher. The real time and elaborate tracking and updates provide valuable information to the customers regarding the status of their shipment hence customers are highly satisfied. What do you like best about parcelLab?

Instead of typing all of the "From" and "To" data in FedEx's website (for example), using an order number and email address will skip all this part of typing, making label generation easier than going to your courier's website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about parcelLab?

At the very beginning, we had some compatibility issues with packages being returned to an outdated address. This was addressed very quickly by the parcelLab team (props for that) but other than that, it's been working great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about parcelLab?

Ease of seeing status of the package regardless of how many carriers you have. Lots of innovative features to continue to increase the customer experience. No limitations to licenses which is helpful for a large customer support team. Integrates into Zendesk really nicely meaning the team do not have to screen switch as often.
