How easy it is to see all details about the shipments belonging to one single order in the case of multiple replacements.

When we onboarded with parcelLab, Julian bent over backwards to make the process as seamless as possible. We migrated over from Narvar, which was an horrible, painful experience. parcelLab was a dream to use and had great support technicians for training members of the team. My view on what is special about parcelLab is that it has tracking and very detailed delivery information update. It means they support our customers helping them to stay updated, notwithstanding the fact that they receive fewer calls and emails. Currently, it is easy to embed with our e-commerce platform and it allows for proper exchange of data as well as quick processing of orders. However, there is potential for more customization within parcelLab concerning the track notifications. Still, as it sends updates, the option of tailoring these notices according to the firm’s branding or matching the client’s preference is limited. This sometimes impacts our connection with the customers as there is a break in the brand association throughout the delivery process. Ease of seeing status of the package regardless of how many carriers you have. Lots of innovative features to continue to increase the customer experience. No limitations to licenses which is helpful for a large customer support team. Integrates into Zendesk really nicely meaning the team do not have to screen switch as often.
