Switching to parcelLab has made handling returns simpler for us. The platform has a straightforward process. We were able to adjust some settings to match our preferences for handling returns. Compared to before, managing returns with parcelLab has been a more organized and less stressful experience.

Though parcelLab has streamlined our returns process, I find that the initial setup for configuring the returns settings could be more intuitive. But returns is a complex topic and they asked the right questions to lift our returns process on the next level.

I've been working with parcellab mostly from a content standpoint (personalising and implementing our emails to the customers, setting up the content templates for our different sales channels), and I've been really impressed about how easy it is to use. Another great thing is the support: Most of the time, I got a response within a day and a solution for my problem within 3 days.

The dashboard can at times be a bit fiddly.

Before using parcellab, our communication to our customers about parcel status was far from perfect. Now, we inform them about every step their parcel takes on the way, while also communicating their possibilities of a return, our support hotline and pushing reviews. We also gained valuable insights into the effectiveness of our shipping process.

parcelLab is providing a reasonably easy way to control performance and experience accross all our carriers and markets. All delivery communication is now branded and with our own tone of voice, and we can measure it's performance. We have also integrated with our CRM to bring full transparency on tracking and exceptions for agents and customers.

**What do you dislike about parcelLab?**

We can still improve in leveraging the communication and marketing capabilities. Not all our teams are really taking ownership of the topic and it riquires focus and dedication to make it happen.

We work with many carriers in many countries, we were blind on performance and customer experience post purchase. We now have consistent real time visibility, and full control on the communication.

**What do you like best about parcelLab?**

ParcelLab is a great tool to be on top of every step of the post-purchase journey. Tracking shipments, following up on any issues flagged by carriers, measuring KPIs and customizing transactional emails and tracking pages are but a few of the possibilities parcelLab represents and gives to clients.
Should any issues arise, customer support and dedicated account managers reply swiftly and take proactive responsibility in solving any problems and providing personalized solutions. There has not been a single time the parcelLab team was unavailable to jump on a call to discuss doubts and speed up the resolution of issues. All in all a great tool and company to work with!

**What do you dislike about parcelLab?**

The help center documentation could be a bit easiert to navigate and include more video tutorials. Some descriptions, especially regarding set-up and data integration could be phrased in a less technical way for the sake of simplicity. However, the information on there is very helpful and, should any doubts persist, customer support is right there to help out.

**What problems is parcelLab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working with different carriers where not all of those handle the same type of packages or even shipment types (deliveries and returns), it is tricky stay informed of the various stages orders run through. With parcelLab and the function to export large amounts of data, it is easy to stay on top of things and analyze carrier performance in depth.

**What do you like best about parcelLab?**

Been using parcelLab for a couple of month globally in our retail biz, and it’s fairly easy to setup. The support team is very responsive and our Implementation Manager was always there when we needed her. Compared to Narvar and Aftership, parcelLab's international coverage and easy customization is a step ahead. A definite recommend for any retail brand looking to expand their post-purchase experience.

We're relatively new to using parcelLab and while the setup and customization have been smooth, there's still a lot we have to explore. Nothing major comes to mind so far in terms of drawbacks. However, I do wish there were more detailed tutorials or a more extensive FAQ section for newcomers like us to quickly get acquainted with all the features.

We had a mishmash of post-purchase communication systems across different regions. parcelLab gave us a single system that works the same, whether we're dealing with customers in Paris, Tokyo or Bangladesh. Now, tracking orders and handling returns is a easy no matter where our customers are.

There is not much to dislike to be honest. The people involved are great and so is the product. In the backend there are minor aspects that have room for improvement.

We really liked working with ParcelLab, the persons we work with are nice and they managed to get the go-live up and running quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about parcelLab?**

Unfortunately, since the go-live, we had some remarks for things that need to be changed (wrong tracking link, some changes to the contents of the messages going out to the customers). It's been more than 3 weeks and several reminders and nothing happened. The service level decreased once the go-live was done.

**What problems is parcelLab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ParcelLab helps with communication with customers. We get less tracking questions and the customers are happy to be kept informed about the status of their shipments.

parcelLab lacked control over customization and targeting in the past. It was mostly handled on their end, which felt a bit restricting. However, things took a positive turn with the introduction of the Campaign Manager. This brought customization and targeting back to us, allowing for more granular control over our campaigns.

Before parcelLab, tracking packages was a unfinished process. Now, real-time tracking updates keep both us and our customers well-informed throughout the delivery journey.

What I appreciate most about parcelLab is their exceptional approach to managing returns and exchanges. Their "Retain" feature allows for highly customizable return experiences, offering the ability to set return rules, restrictions, exceptions, and refund policies. This level of granularity ensures that I can manage returns exactly the way I want, making the process more efficient and customer-friendly.

Additionally, parcelLab's support team is outstanding. They're typically very responsive, and whenever I have a question or need adjustments, they always take the time to discuss ideas on how to further improve the customer experience. This level of attention and collaboration makes parcelLab not just a service provider, but a valuable partner in enhancing post-purchase interactions.

While I'm quite pleased with parcelLab's Retain and Engage products, one area that could be improved is the initial implementation phase. We've found that the project plans for rolling out these features don't always go as smoothly as expected. However, it's worth noting that once the services are up and running, we haven't experienced any significant delays in our requests. So while the setup process has some room for improvement, the ongoing service has been reliable.

parcelLab simplifies our entire returns management process. Their specialized features for warranty cases let customers upload photos and set handling rules, streamlining complex issues. In short, parcelLab efficiently manages our returns and exchanges while also aiding in revenue recovery.

We saw direct postitive impact for our customer service after GoLive. Pro-active communication towards our customers, in case of delivery problems, was a game changer for us.

Implementation was easy, despite our complex setup and Parcellab was very committed in helping us, getting everything ready.

**What do you dislike about parcelLab?**

Visualization of analytics could be better, especially the colour scheme, which makes diagrams difficult to read sometimes.

Support for eastern european carriers could be better, but I guess that's complaining at a high level. Parcellab started implementing those, so we will have a solution in the future.

**What problems is parcelLab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use 20 different carriers across europe, which makes it very hard to have a good overview over the current situation in logistics. Parcellab allows us to have one solution and provides the features we need to:

1. automatically inform our customers about the status of their deliveries
2. automate businesses process depending on parcel tracking status
3. optimize ourselfes and carrier performances

When it comes to post purchase communication from companies to end customers, there is no getting around parcelLab.

The integration is totally simple and requires less than 2 weeks and little to no IT resources.

parcelLab offers extremely good and fast customer support. You can tell when interacting with parcelLab that they know and understand their tool as well as the market/end customer. 

In addition, the tool or the emails are extremely flexible and can be adapted to one's own needs at any time. This makes you much more independent of the parcel delivery service providers when it comes to communication.

A great side effect is that the customer is always led back to your own online store and thus buys again.

In some places, it would be nice to be able to customize the email templates a bit more yourself.

**What problems is parcelLab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to parcelLab, we handle the shipping communication to our customer ourselves and do not leave this to a third-party service provider.

In addition, we can track parcels via the backend and evaluate the performance of the individual carriers.

It's worth mentioning, though, that we're aware parcelLab is actively working on enhancing this aspect.
