What do you like best about parcelLab?

I'm a big fan of the UI, its nice and simple, easy to navigate, and all the most important info is right on the manin page, no need for digging through submenus or opening 3 extra dinows just to find what step an order is at. parcelLab keeps all the info we need to track shipments in one simple place. No extra submenus or new tabs or long loading times while an old UI digs through a database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about parcelLab?

actually, ParcelLap is very useful as it is extremely accurate about tracking the orders whether through the delivery or the return, it gives you all the details you need, and also sends the customers all the notifications that are important to be updated regarding their orders, I also must mention the easiness of implementation, the site is very easy to use, as everything is clear and nothing complicated, parcel-lap also have great customer service, they are always responsive and helpful, I can see that there are many amazing features and characteristics like the frequency of use, also the ease of integration. What do you like best about parcelLab?

parcelLab has been increadibly reliable and innovative as a partner in status update communication and tracking of customer orders. The contact I have had with the assigned parcelLab account manager and the supporting IT team has been mostly excellent and fast. The parcelLab portal is very easy to use for me and my co-workers, and integrating carriers within the system was fairly effortless and quick. I especially like the added features of Campaign Manager and Trending Late, making personalisation of communication to customers easy and enables better tracking of delays and other deviations in my organisation. I have no personal experience with implementing parcelLab within my company, but experiences shared with co-workers in the past are mostly positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about parcelLab?

I have had some experiences where technical or IT support from parcelLab has been slower than expected, leading to additional delays in implementation process for my company. parcelLab are however happy to learn from these situations and improve their service accordingly. The analytics tools provided by parcelLab in the portal give helpful data, but these are still in development and do not offer the same amount of detail that our internal analytics tools or Google Analytics can offer. parcelLab also is still developing solutions to discover potentials errors in the system or data connections, but this is not yet at a level where parcelLab will be able to discover these issues before my organisation has already discovered it. Finally, we do not have a contact person in our country, so we have no local support available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is parcelLab solving and how is that benefiting you?

parcelLab offers more ways to personalize and quickly update customer communication that my internal organisation cannot. My interal organisation focuses on centralisation and generalisation of communication, but with parcelLab we can easily create personalised experiences for our customers. The editor to change messages and templates is easy to use, even for a user like myself that has very limited knowledge of email editors and HTML code. Our internal emails all required help of developers to configure, but with parcelLab this is no longer required. Next to that, parcelLab also allows us to have a database of all historic trackings and communications that were sent out to a specific customer, internally we do not have this ability. This makes it possible for us to check a complete customer journey from beginning to end With parcelLab, we have also developed a way to replace the classical way of returning products (print your return label and put it on the return parcel) with a fully digital solution, where a printer is no longer required and just a barcode on your mobile phone is enough to process the parcel return. Without parcelLab, this would not have been possible. This also helps us achieve our sustainability goals as an added benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
