**What do you like best about parcelLab?**

I like the good analysis options regarding the performance of individual carriers, which are helpful in discussions with shipping service providers. Additionally, I appreciate the embedding of tracking on our own site, which brings the customer back to our shop and possibly encourages them to make another purchase more quickly. Furthermore, our customers are informed via email about every further progress on their order starting from the shipping provision, which reduces unnecessary inquiries to customer service like "Where is my order?" Moreover, you can also incorporate a review link, such as Trustpilot, via the email editor, which in turn helps to collect reviews for the shop.

**What do you dislike about parcelLab?**

The customer service. Accessibility is mostly only through chat and is then forwarded to a support agent. This in turn takes a few days until a response comes.

Unfortunately, it is also only partially possible to edit the emails yourself, which is why you then need customer service again, which, as mentioned, is only partially easy to reach.

**What problems is parcelLab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With parcelLab, customers are continuously informed about the order status, which reduces unnecessary inquiries. The analytics capabilities assist in discussions with shipping service providers, and the tracking on our site encourages customers to make further purchases.

**What do you like best about parcelLab?**

I like the ability to view the emails sent by our system regarding an order and, in case of an incorrect email address, the ability to forward the email to another address. I find that the initial installation of parcelLab was very easy and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about parcelLab?**

I don't know if it's a problem with my connection, but I often find myself having to log in again, and it always takes a few seconds to reconnect and be able to perform a new search, so sometimes I consider it a bit slow.

**What problems is parcelLab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use parcelLab to see the status of deliveries and obtain detailed information about orders, resolving customer doubts. I can also better manage email communications about orders, correcting incorrect addresses.

I use parcelLab for our post-purchase experience at H&M, especially for tracking the communication journey of emails to our customers. I like the simple dashboard where I can keep track of communication to the customer and also appreciate the data analytics the tool provides. It helps us effectively manage and track order statuses, keeping our customers informed from 'Dispatch' to 'Delivery.' The analytics help us monitor performance and analyze customer engagement to improve efficiency. The initial setup was very easy, and we didn’t face any troubles with the integration.

The overall tool performance can be improved, as it can be a little slow sometimes. I would also like the tool to introduce self-help steps on how to operate the tool so it is easy for everyone to manage it.

**What do you like best about parcelLab?**

I find it extremely useful to be updated on the status advancements of an order, the goods present in the order, and to have access to the customer's personal data. The search bar is really useful because it allows me to perform searches with different criteria such as email, phone, first and last name, or order number. This makes the work much simpler because only one piece of customer data is needed to find the necessary information or the tracking to know where the goods actually are. Moreover, the usage is really simple.

**What do you dislike about parcelLab?**

It would be useful to know in which warehouse of the courier the goods are actually located, along with the contact details to reach them. Our system is not integrated with parcelLab.

**What problems is parcelLab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use parcelLab to monitor the status of shipments and confirm deliveries and pickups. It helps to verify returns in the warehouse, provides updates on orders and customer data, and the search bar greatly simplifies the work.

**What do you like best about parcelLab?**

The parts I like the most about parcelLab are the reports and the metrics module, they are customizable and very complete, which allows you to work in depth to improve the messages you send to your customers. I also find very useful the ability to adapt the messages, customize them and make modifications very quickly, which is very necessary in emergency situations.

**What do you dislike about parcelLab?**

The improvement part is to have a faster update of the user manuals with all the new features that are being implemented, it is a tool in constant evolution and there are very interesting new functions and it would be useful to have faster information about them to be able to use them.

**What problems is parcelLab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had difficulty in unifying the messages that our customers receive from more than 6 different carriers, thanks to ParcelLab we have managed to unify the communication to our customers both the content and the design, and above all, to have a vision of the effectiveness of the messages.

**What do you like best about parcelLab?**

I use parcelLab for work every day and find the tracking very useful for checking if the package has been returned. It's great to see the date and which items were registered inside the package. I appreciate that it's very intuitive, making it easier to track the status of orders, including whether they have been delivered and from which warehouse the package is coming. The initial setup of parcelLab was very easy.

**What do you dislike about parcelLab?**

For the tracking part, I would implement the part where it explains the tracking better. I'd use another layout and make the dates and hours more clear. The parcel status is sometimes not easy to understand because it just reports what the customer registered on HM return registration, but sometimes it's not clear where and when the customer stored the pack. It would be useful to have a part where it clearly says the date and hour the customer stored the pack.

I use parcelLab to track delivery and return packages, check which warehouse the pack is from, and see order status if delivered. It's intuitive and helps with checking if the pack was returned, seeing dates and items registered inside.

**What do you like best about parcelLab?**

I love how simple it is to use + how many info we can see. It is very complete and being able to send notification again from there to cst. 
My company is paying for it but it is definitely a good investment. It is helping me going faster with customer instead of checking on multiple platforms, i can just use parcellab and its working fast.

**What do you dislike about parcelLab?**

I would maybe suggest using more colors or different fonts for some categeries so that they are more visible and easy to notice. (when you are used to using parcellab you get used to it but for beginners, it would help them going faster if everything was not blue). 
For exemple when we try to claim a parcel, instead of a drop down menu, i would suggest having 4 squares with each one different color "delivered not received" in red, "lost in transit" in green" etc. So we would automatically know which one is which by the colour instead of opening the dropdown and reading the title.

**What problems is parcelLab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not knowing what happened with a customers parcel, it is helping me see where it was delivered, what was the weight of the parcel (to know if a customer is declaring an empty parcel and lying for exemple) and being able to see which notifications was received and opened by customer and send them again in 1 sec if needed. Also confirming with our internal program if everything matches

**What do you like best about parcelLab?**

I use parcelLab for tracking customer orders and getting better details of the orders and communication that customers have received. I can see all delivery phases and find information on the carrier more easily, and I appreciate being able to see all the messages that the customer has received. I like the tracking of the carrier and info about them, and the delivery steps are helpful. I get a better overview of the order and it provides extra information when things are unclear. The initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about parcelLab?**

The layout could be better. If there are multiple parcels in the order, they don't show separately or it's not clear enough. It would be better to have the parcel delivery steps separated clearly. There could be a title saying that a parcel belongs to 'this brand' and then under it all the updates related to it. Also, the info on the page could be visually clearer. It's a lot of text and it could be easier if you didn't have to scroll so much but instead you could just have a drop-down menu.

nothingThe barrier to entry is high, both in terms of cost and implementation. It is definitely an enterprise-grade tool, so the setup can be a complex "engineering project" taking 2–4 months. Additionally, the reporting dashboard can feel a bit fragmented; while the data is incredibly deep, I’d love to see a more unified, "single-pane-of-glass" view for all metrics without having to toggle between different modules.

We use parcelLab primarily for end-to-end post-purchase engagement. This includes:

What I like best about ParcelLab is how it transforms the post-purchase experience into a clear and customer centric journey. One aspect that I think could be improved is the learning curve when fist setting up the platform. Because it offers a lot of customization and automation options, it can take some time for new users to fully understand all the features and configure workflows efficiently.
And some integrations or advanced customizations may require technical support.

It solves one of the most common challenges in ecommerce logistics, the lack of clear and proactive communication with customers after they place an order. 
This is good, since customers become anxious or frustrated when they cannot track easily their delivery or receive limited updates.

I like the history of communications sent to a customer by order number it makes tracking by date easy.  I also like the resend to another email option for all the previously sent emails, this makes customer support a snap when they have an email typo for an order or would like confirmations sent to another email. The History tree of communications is great! It is also easy to change between order numbers and between separate shipments within orders as well as review returns and refunds. I like the way it integrates the contents of the order into the carrier tracking number and provides all details for return packages.

The only thing I do not like is that I get logged out multiple times in the day If I do not use parcellab for a while. Although it does only take a moment to log back in.

I am an e-commerce project manager and have been administering ParcelLab in our company for more than two years. Overall, I am very enthusiastic about the tool. Initially, we used ParcelLab primarily to unify the different tracking statuses of our various carriers, so that the tracking information is standardized for the customer regardless of the selected carrier. For this purpose, we transmit the tracking number and additional order information to ParcelLab, which already provides connections and mappings for various carriers. The big advantage is that we only need a single interface to ParcelLab and do not have to maintain 30 different interfaces to each individual carrier.

Our customer support also works with ParcelLab daily to provide customers with information about orders, instead of searching for information on the different track-and-trace pages of the carriers.

In the meantime, we also use ParcelLab to send mailings for delayed shipments and to give the customer a more accurate prediction of when their package is expected to arrive. Additionally, the analytics on carrier performance are very helpful for us when we enter into negotiations with carriers, as we can view all the data consolidated in ParcelLab.

For our developers, integrating ParcelLab into the online shop was very easy.

The support sometimes responds a bit slowly. More should be invested here to shorten the time from inquiry to solution. Additionally, development work is required for the implementation.

The platform covers most carriers you'd ever imagine and I don't have to bounce back and forth between multiple websites to get one single tracking number.

Updates from parcelLab tend to be slower than the tracking sites provided by individual carriers (especially international) and this is frustrating to deal with, particularly when a customer has been asking questions. Also, with the amount of features that are included, it is easy to get overwhelmed trying to determine what everything is intended to do as there is just a lot going on.

I used parcelLab to check the status of a return, and I love how easy it is to place a return. It's not complicated, super easy, especially when I need the return labels or packing slip. I can easily look into it and download through parcelLab. What stands out is how the information of a return is easy to visualize; everything is well organized and visible. You have columns on the left and right, which clearly tell us if the status is still active or closed. There is a button to check the tracking information and another one to add additional labels. There's also a section where I can see if the return was closed or is still in progress. The return labels, QR codes, and packing slips are sectioned at the bottom and easy to download. If a customer asks for an additional label, parcelLab helps me generate an extra return label or QR codes for returns. Initial setup was simple and easy, nothing complicated.

I think it would be good if we could place just one return case for customers with multiple orders, allowing us to add different order numbers in one go instead of filling out a return for each order.

We can clearly see which shipping providers are punctual and which have delays. We also really like the tracking of returns. What is not so good is that for small changes to the template, you often need support, and the support is not directly reachable but only through a ticket function, and there you often wait several days for a response.

All info displayed is easy to find, the user interface is also quite good. Anytime I need to track a parcel I use Parcel lab instead of the carrier's tracking since I find it better.

Also, if an order is six months old or more, there’s barely any information available, or sometimes none at all. I understand this is related to GDPR, but we still occasionally get queries about orders that are more than six months old, which makes it difficult to help.
