**What do you like best about parcelLab?**

Our post-purchase customer comms have been transformed by using parcelLab. All emails are now consistent, branded and guide customers back to our website, driving additional revenue.

The portal is simple and straight forward to use, and we use it daily for managing customer comms and parcel tracking. A lot of things can be self served, with more complex changes needing support from parcelLab.

The integration was quick and simple, with a dedicated integration team overseeing things.

**What do you dislike about parcelLab?**

It would be great for more visual and downloadable outputs to be available for the new Smart Survey product.

It would also be great to easily capture a screenshot of a comms template, rather than having to zoom out to fit the whole template in the view for a screen grab.

**What problems is parcelLab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used parcelLab to move away from carrier delivery update emails. This has allowed us to be fully in control of the comms sent, the wording, branding and look and feel. Campaigns and promotions can help guide customers back to our website from within the emails, where analytics of open rates, click rates and additional revenue can be viewed.

As a marketing user, I find the campaign interface to be simple and straightforward. Retrieving data after the campaign ended was also very easy, allowing me to create reports in less than 30 minutes. Whenever I needed assistance, the support team was always available to help.

Everyone I interacted with at Parcellab provided excellent support, and I would rate them a perfect 10 out of 10.

I also appreciate the turnkey implementation. Whenever we need to make changes, there is always someone available to explore the possibilities with us.

I would like the ability to take a full-length screenshot while generating a preview for mobile devices. **What do you like best about parcelLab?**

It allows you to see a lot of new information as the weight something that we cannot see in the general tracking tool used by our company, it does complement our systems and the carrier's website. It allows you to manage and track all the information needed by the customer and by yourself, it helps you find out resources needed to proceed with a claim like the specific dates and also the communications sent to the customer. It is also easy to log in, I use it multiple times per day and is really helpful at the moment of use it with our customers, especially with customer support tasks.

While we process a ticket we need to be jumping through different windows and system, it is easy to implement on our job and gets integrated on almost every request that we receive.

**What do you dislike about parcelLab?**

It does not allow you to write details about the parcel that you are claiming. 

The distribution on the screen is not great.

Sometimes it gets stuck at the moment of claiming a parcel.

There is no option of personalization.

**What problems is parcelLab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great to be used day by day, it makes easier the way in which you can locate the information to provide it to our customers, it is a really important source of information. Even if it does not have any new information, it allows you to claim the parcel with the carrier. It gives you the opportunity to change the email address if you need to send the information to a different address and also gives you a better view of the communications with the customer according to the specific order or tracking

**What do you like best about parcelLab?**

It is really easy to navigate. The colors and the design makes it easier to understand and find the required information for a visual person like me. 
I really like how you can see al the updates on the parcels movement, notifications sent, emails and content of the package at the same place, so I can have all the accurate information in real time and available to provide customers and bring the best assistance and support, specially if these type of contacts are daily, so this is an everyday-use tool.

**What do you dislike about parcelLab?**

It may be because of some company's  credentials, however I have faced a few timeframes when I have not been able to use Parcel lab because the search appears like f they had no results. It has been solved with a ticket a few times, bit it would still be good to check on that.

**What problems is parcelLab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I am not able to find notifications / Emails that have to be re-sent to the customer, I can check them on Parcel Lab. Also by knowing the exact content of the parcel and it's weight, it makes it a lot easier to solve cases that need further investigation.
Also it has been very helpful for returns customers make to our Warehouses.

ParcelLab is one of the most important tools used by our CS agents.   The automatic notifications keep helping in reducing the amount of contacts received, especially the possibility of resending and changing the email in case the customer made a previous typo.

No downsides, the only thing would be the current timeout being too little.
