What do you like best about parcelLab?

Personability - The team wants our brand's specific data to identify gaps in our OX best. These become a basis for next projects between us. That's a great business relationship! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about parcelLab?

Alerting - There is a reliance on the IT/support team to do manual and observational checks when new implementations occur or during peak periods. It would be great to set up "cause for concern" parameters, which are different from the carrier SLAs. With this information, alerts could be received by both brand and ParcelLab to trigger proactive checking into potential issues in the OX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is parcelLab solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving many problems with ParcelLab. They are also very agile, so if a new priority project comes into existence, they are flexible to alter the timelines of others. At this moment, we are mainly focussing on outbound communications and we have noticed a decent decrease in CS cases due to the transparency and clarity of the PL communications. Our collaboration has focused on improving the Post Purchase customer experience - both for outbound deliveries and returns. What do you like best about parcelLab?

The portal is straightforward to navigate; all sections are pretty much self-explanatory and the support from the staff at parcelLab is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about parcelLab?

There are improvements to be made around the capacity limits for shops, however, I understand this is a niche issue due to our setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is parcelLab solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously we only sent one shipping confirmation email to our clients, if the package takes longer than expected to arrive, the customer service team would get contacted. We also got some complaints because of shipping.

By using ParcelLab, we want to proactively communicate to our clients on eash stage of their package to increase customer satisfaction and reduce support calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
