I've been working with parcellab mostly from a content standpoint (personalising and implementing our emails to the customers, setting up the content templates for our different sales channels), and I've been really impressed about how easy it is to use. parcelLab is providing a reasonably easy way to control performance and experience accross all our carriers and markets. All delivery communication is now branded and with our own tone of voice, and we can measure it's performance. ParcelLab is a great tool to be on top of every step of the post-purchase journey. Tracking shipments, following up on any issues flagged by carriers, measuring KPIs and customizing transactional emails and tracking pages are but a few of the possibilities parcelLab represents and gives to clients.
Should any issues arise, customer support and dedicated account managers reply swiftly and take proactive responsibility in solving any problems and providing personalized solutions. There has not been a single time the parcelLab team was unavailable to jump on a call to discuss doubts and speed up the resolution of issues. All in all a great tool and company to work with! The help center documentation could be a bit easiert to navigate and include more video tutorials. Some descriptions, especially regarding set-up and data integration could be phrased in a less technical way for the sake of simplicity. Been using parcelLab for a couple of month globally in our retail biz, and it’s fairly easy to setup. The support team is very responsive and our Implementation Manager was always there when we needed her. Compared to Narvar and Aftership, parcelLab's international coverage and easy customization is a step ahead. We're relatively new to using parcelLab and while the setup and customization have been smooth, there's still a lot we have to explore. Nothing major comes to mind so far in terms of drawbacks.
