What do you like best about parcelLab?

That it's being currently developed, it's being now connected to other platforms and implemented to make it easier to access.

What do you like best about parcelLab?

ParcelLab has been helping us with our communications and order tracking information in a seamless manner because of which our customers have been receiving timely order updates. This has improved our operations and has also helped us in creating a valued relationship with our customers.

The tool is very easy to use and the overall implementation has also been very smooth. We use the tool frequently and if we encounter any issues the customer support is super helpful and prompt in their response.

What do you dislike about parcelLab?

ParcelLab is helping us track the order status and also helping our customers know their order status in a real-time manner. This has reduced the number of times our customers call the support centres for the order updates and this has also helped us in creating a good customer experience. What do you like best about parcelLab?

Parcel labs have afforded us the ability to dive deeper into the reason for a delivery issue for our customers. We use about three different tools to determine the position of a delivery and Parcel labs gives the absolute best information in real time! Tracking is easy, communication between us, the customers and the delivery drivers are so much easier and the best features is the notification status on the customer's end and the live pictures the delivery driver can leave as proof of delivery. I would say it is very easy service, the customer support is fast and effective and it is a tool that we use every day to service our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about parcelLab?

The only downsize I can say it not being able to change or modify any information that is already in the system. It is mainly for viewing, tracking and having a clearer idea on the delivery issue if any. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about parcelLab?

The parts I like the most about parcelLab are the reports and the metrics module, they are customizable and very complete, which allows you to work in depth to improve the messages you send to your customers. I also find very useful the ability to adapt the messages, customize them and make modifications very quickly, which is very necessary in emergency situations. What do you dislike about parcelLab?

The improvement part is to have a faster update of the user manuals with all the new features that are being implemented, it is a tool in constant evolution and there are very interesting new functions and it would be useful to have faster information about them to be able to use them. We had difficulty in unifying the messages that our customers receive from more than 6 different carriers, thanks to ParcelLab we have managed to unify the communication to our customers both the content and the design, and above all, to have a vision of the effectiveness of the messages. What do you like best about parcelLab?

Very quick with a friendly user interface. Allows me to track many orders and to also check the history of processing with the dates and time. It is even so accurate that it gives you the exact hour and minutes so that I can investigate thoroughly even when time differences are so short. It is really a life saver! What do you like best about parcelLab?

The ability to track parcels from multiple couriers and multiple customers at the same time. The user interface is very nice and easy to navigate. Compared to my old system of tracking parcels this is years ahead. I use this platform on a daily basis multiple times and it resolves my customers queries much quicker now. This was implemented in to my company recently, has made a world of difference! Haven't had to contact customer support yet as everything runs smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about parcelLab?

There is limited searching function, i.e. I can only search by tracking number, email and name of customer. Would like more options such as order numbers, account numbers etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about parcelLab?

ParcelLab has been awesome for us! It has really changed how we handle the whole post-purchase process. Our customers stay updated all the time, which has cut down on those 'where’s my order?' messages a lot. I set up custom notifications pretty easily, and customers seem to like knowing exactly what's happening. It works well with our Shopify store—no complicated setup—and it connects to all the carriers we use, so that was a win. The dashboard gives us some pretty detailed insights about our shipping performance that we never even thought to look at before, which has actually helped us improve our shipping process in itself. What do you dislike about parcelLab?

ParcelLab has a lot of great features, but it can be a little on the pricey side, which might be challenging for smaller businesses. For us, it’s not an issue, but I can see how it could be a barrier. Also, there’s no free trial available from what I can see and was not offered one during onboarding, which makes it tricky for new customers to see the value before committing. ParcelLab has really been a great help within the business with tracking and deliveries. The real-time updates and proactive communication keep our customers in the loop, which cuts down on those where's my order? questions. It’s also great for quickly sorting out any delivery issues that come up. I especially like that we can personalize the post-purchase messages—it turns a boring tracking update into something that feels branded and engaging.
