The ability to track parcels from multiple couriers and multiple customers at the same time. The user interface is very nice and easy to navigate. Compared to my old system of tracking parcels this is years ahead. I use this platform on a daily basis multiple times and it resolves my customers queries much quicker now. ParcelLab has been helping us with our communications and order tracking information in a seamless manner because of which our customers have been receiving timely order updates. This has improved our operations and has also helped us in creating a valued relationship with our customers.
The tool is very easy to use and the overall implementation has also been very smooth. We use the tool frequently and if we encounter any issues the customer support is super helpful and prompt in their response.

Parcel labs have afforded us the ability to dive deeper into the reason for a delivery issue for our customers. We use about three different tools to determine the position of a delivery and Parcel labs gives the absolute best information in real time! Tracking is easy, communication between us, the customers and the delivery drivers are so much easier and the best features is the notification status on the customer's end and the live pictures the delivery driver can leave as proof of delivery. The parts I like the most about parcelLab are the reports and the metrics module, they are customizable and very complete, which allows you to work in depth to improve the messages you send to your customers. I also find very useful the ability to adapt the messages, customize them and make modifications very quickly, which is very necessary in emergency situations. The improvement part is to have a faster update of the user manuals with all the new features that are being implemented, it is a tool in constant evolution and there are very interesting new functions and it would be useful to have faster information about them to be able to use them. Very quick with a friendly user interface. Allows me to track many orders and to also check the history of processing with the dates and time. It is even so accurate that it gives you the exact hour and minutes so that I can investigate thoroughly even when time differences are so short. It is really a life saver! ParcelLab has been awesome for us! It has really changed how we handle the whole post-purchase process. Our customers stay updated all the time, which has cut down on those 'where’s my order?' messages a lot. I set up custom notifications pretty easily, and customers seem to like knowing exactly what's happening. It works well with our Shopify store—no complicated setup—and it connects to all the carriers we use, so that was a win. The dashboard gives us some pretty detailed insights about our shipping performance that we never even thought to look at before, which has actually helped us improve our shipping process in itself. ParcelLab has a lot of great features, but it can be a little on the pricey side, which might be challenging for smaller businesses. For us, it’s not an issue, but I can see how it could be a barrier. Also, there’s no free trial available from what I can see and was not offered one during onboarding, which makes it tricky for new customers to see the value before committing.
