The best think I like about Prisma Access is it's Zero Trust principles and it's ability to deliver consistent security regardless of user's location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Prisma Access is easy to use and best thing is its interface. Prisma makes it possible for each remote user to connect securily. The level of flexibility and control given to administrator is very good. No doubt I can say Prisma is a great state of the art software which could be said far better than other tools in same range. Althogh Prisma is great tool as far as its features are concerned but there are some issues also. First one is Support issue. We have sometimes challenges in getting true 24/7 support. Secondly, frequent upgrades in every 3 months in my opinion is painful for administrators. Third issue is costing, although it can be managed, if costing should be optimised. There are no other as such serious issues. One can easily use it with average support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cortex XDR is a fantastic utility provided by Palo Alto Networks. It has a vibrant interface and is easy to use. It offers unique features like Anti-Exploit protection along with Anti-Malware protection. The best thing about this software is that while it scans the system, it does not reduce the speed of other tasks. It detects different kinds of bugs like trojan horses and other types of viruses quickly and prompts users to act on those tasks. Overall my experience using this program is very good. This program is excellent in its unique nature and functionality, except for restricting some core functionalities embedded in Operating System. For example, I installed some software, and it did not allow me to install those on my machine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Prisma Access comes from one of the best names in firewalls, PaloAlto. This offers fantastic firewall rule customization and the responsiveness to issues that you expect from PaloAlto. The customer success team is quick to respond and tries their hardest to find the correct resources. Implementation was quick and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The features offered by PrismaAccess right now are limited. Standards that are on on prem VPNs/firewalls are missing from PrismaAccess. You are not able to use computer-based authentication, pass syslogs using API authentication, and disable VPN based on IP address (location). This has been a pain point for eight months and there is still no ETA on getting these features implemented. The knowledgebase articles on their website are all for on prem systems so they don't match up for PrismaAccess. Incorrect information has been given by support level 1, 2, and product managers.
