Absolutes automation services are what really makes it stand out. Geo-tracking is extremely important, and when a system leaves the fenced area, we can have it frozen nearly immediately automatically. Additional plans even allow Absolute to regularly validate your security stack installed on end clients to make sure that it is installed, and up to date. So far the only downside we have had is with getting the agents to check in initially. There is also sometimes a delay between when the system is detected outside of the geofence, and when that is reported to Absolute. The user interface is really something great. I could go on and on about how genius this UI is, but in short, it just gives you so much control all in one place. The ability to fail over seemlessly is very helpful, especially when updating and patching servers. I can't say enough good things! Tech support is truly outstanding. I use this product daily and am so impressed with it. Updates are relatively easy to implement, but if ever I have an issue, tech support guides me to success quite quickly and easily. Literally, the only minus that I could offer is that I prefer a dark theme or setting and the Secure Access Control does not have that option. Very minor critique for sure! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have recently updated to the new Absolute Secure Access branded version 13.08 and the process was a breeze. The client update run well and are easy to set up.

The web console is easy to navigate, and the help pages are easily accessible. Support is a phone call away; they are usually easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Many times I will get a follow-up email with helpful links. Many of the support staff are former users or administrators.

Absolute Secure Endpoint provides a user friendly interface that is easy to navigate while also giving those with more experience the ability to use more complicated tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Absolute Secure Endpoint is a bit too complicated when it comes to pushing scripts and programs, such as powershell scripts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Ability to completely lock-out the computer

I like that Absolute Secure Access help me to get protection when I my phone is connecting with public wifi, which is unreliable if not using VPN service to protect phone from hacker attack. I just need to activate the VPN to protect the connection and no other complex setup needed. They also gives unlimited bandwidth and I don't to keep monitoring my internet usage traffic anymore. The constant name changing and website changes. Like if I go into one of our Netmotion consoles and try to activate a license the link in the console does not go to the new website. The best thing about Absolute Secure Access is that you are always connected to your network. You don't even have to worry about VPN disconnect. From updates to client installs Absolute is one of the easiest solutions to keep up to date. Their customer support has been very quick to resolve all issues we have had over the years. When Netmotion was going to become Absolute Secure Access, I had some concerns being scared if the service would remain as excellent as it had always being. And the answer to that my friend, is YES!

Absolute secure Access is just about one of the best VPN remote access solutions out there. It offers seamless remote connectivity and secure access to our corporate network. It is quite easy to setup, install and manage. I also find the software is very user friendly, even to non-tech savvy clients. We setup the VPN on our client laptops for in car and WFH use. If you are not careful, you can have inactive devices using up available licenses. I had to write a PowerShell script to occasionally go into the server and cleanup devices that haven't been used for a while, to make room for more. I like that Absolute Secure Access allows us to land devices onto our network in specific VLANs, maintain application connectivity even when physical connections drop, and gives us analytics helpful in identifying problem areas in our service area.
