The Enter/Match side for po invoices isn't as clean cut as the regular invoice workflow and entry. This isn't due to PaperSave, it's just the way it accesses our PO system information- and then doesn't show a total due for the entry screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Good news! PaperSave Workflows are very robust and highly configurable. Any workflow step can be configured to have any actions including rejecting an item back to a submitter. The submitted would have to be known and your workflow can be configured to capture this information. Please contact your Customer Account Manager for more information on how to receive training for how to modify your workflows or for how to contract our services to do it for you.
I am able to filter by my branch and see what are my exceptions. I can also clear duplicates exceptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Good news! We have the functionality today for you to review/print all payables that you have approved.
Starting with PaperSave 6, Service Pack 3, PaperSave has had a reporting module. This reporting module comes with an out of the box report called “Workflow Items I Have Reviewed”. This report allows you to see all the items that you have reviewed/approved in PaperSave workflow with the ability to view the item and print it.

I don't like that I can't attach documents directly into my Finance System (The Financial Edge). And that when I go to open a documents it's tough to navigate/read the thumbnail attachments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of PaperSave for Financial Edge’s basic features is the ability to add documents to PaperSave directly associated to a Financial Edge record. You may not have the rights to do so. Please check with your PaperSave administrator to understand why you may not have this right. If they have issues adding this right for you then please have them contact PaperSave Support to help through how to adjust security configurations. PaperSave 7 which will be available in mid to late 2019 comes with a revamped and completely re-imagined browser-based document content display. You can scroll through documents using your mouse wheel or your finger (on touch enabled devices). You can page through documents through the thumbnail panel, or simply by using the page up/down keys on your keyboard. You can also view more than one page side by side. Finally zooming is performed through a simple slider on the bottom right of the viewer or can be done by using pinch and expand gestures on touch enabled devices. Please contact your Customer Account Manager to understand how you can prepare and or preview PaperSave 7 today.
