As a general business user, I found Catalytic to be intuitive and easy to use. There is a plethora of support as well from their robust help documentation library to the Catalytic Community. I'm simply amazed at how the application can transform a manual process that takes several hours into a workflow that runs in a matter of minutes with perfect outputs. Automating these processes will allow our resources to be focused on more value-add business objectives and also reduces risk and error from human intervention. I love that the tool is highly customizable while also being simple to use. I have no technical expertise, but I am able to build out very complex processes and even incorporate predictive modeling with no additional support. Not having to wait on IT has been huge for me. The flowcharts could definitely use an upgrade. They are fine for small bots with few steps but once they get complicated the flowcharts can become much less useful. Ability to color code, resize, connect dependent bots, and a larger area to manipulate the chart in would all be extremely helpful features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Catalytic is so reliable. I don't even think about it anymore. It just works. I also like the fact that I design and run in the cloud. I don't need to download any software. One other item to note. Catalytic works great as a tool to automate data collection, task management, and KPI reporting on these objects. When it comes to transformations and moderate to large step by step programs, catalytic starts to fail due to size limitations and a lack of functions around CSV and Excel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
