Outsource Demand Gen is very adept at learning the ins and outs of our business effectively, to the point that they’ve almost become experts in the early phases of selling and engaging with our customers. They seem to be very good at understanding our business and effectively engaging with people to lead them toward showing interest in our business.

Outsource Demand Gen has also offered a high degree of consistency. They’re very hardworking and innovative, so they always tell us what has changed, what they’re doing differently, and what new approaches they’re trying. For example, they observe our competitors to see what they’re doing and what results they’re getting. Basically, they’re always changing and optimizing, which we’ve found very useful. What problems is Outsource Demand Gen solving and how is that benefiting you?

Outsource Demand Gen helps us with lead generation and sales engagement. They use a multi-channel approach, leveraging emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn interactions to generate leads. Initially, we defined an ideal customer profile and provided Outsource Demand Gen with some information about our business.

Creating the scripts and messaging has been a collaborative effort. In many ways, Outsource Demand Gen is better than us at creating email scripts because they know the email structure better for how to craft the body and place the call-to-action effectively. They also create the scripts for the phone calls, and all their work is fine-tuned by us.

Obviously, Outsource Demand Gen’s work includes managing lead generation campaigns for us. For these campaigns, we simply give them high-level specifications and some recommendations, and they go out and get us a combination of marketing-qualified leads and sales-qualified leads. Additionally, they help us hold meetings to have conversations with potential customers and try to close deals.
