What do you like best about Orgzit?

I like Orgzit's ability to streamline and optimize our business processes. With the flexible and configurable options of Orgzit, we are able to configure our system in a way that will allow us to meet our particular needs while not requiring any coding or development.

Furthermore, Orgzit's collaboration capabilities make our IT team much more effective in communicating and coordinating. The Platform facilitates smooth collaboration, facilitating efficient cooperation between team members in managing projects and tasks, reducing the risk of misunderstanding as well as encouraging good teamwork.

Finally, Orgzit offers the possibility to access it at any time from anywhere using an internet connection as a cloud-based platform. This feature is of particular benefit to the management of our operations as it enables our staff to access critical information, manage trades and track payments from anywhere. What do you dislike about Orgzit?

What do you like best about Orgzit?

As a manager of the business development team, what I like best about Orgzit is its flexibility to accommodate our custom B2B sales process. Our agriculture produce trading business involves buyers, sellers, and ourselves, and Orgzit has helped us to digitize and manage this entire process seamlessly. The platform is also fast and simple to customize, allowing us to implement our CRM application in Orgzit in a shorter time frame than we expected. Additionally, Orgzit's team has been great in understanding our requirements and responding quickly to our needs, which has been very beneficial to our business development team. What do you like best about Orgzit?

Origo works in the agricultural sector with its financial services across many domains, Orgzit helped us in centralizing the process with smooth collaboration in different teams. Being an easy-to-use software, Orgzit improves our way of tracking different things.

With Orgzit, we can have a track of every financial activity. With its API Integration feature, we are now able to integrate multiple software without any issues. I’m very fond of the dashboard feature itself. It helps me to be efficient at work. In Orgzit, we have implemented some strong checks so that we never miss any financial data. What do you like best about Orgzit?

Our team depends on Orgzit daily for monitoring the entire business process from candidate listing to accounting. Without this easy-to-handle software, we couldn’t do so much of the work seamlessly.

In some areas of our business, we used to have a spreadsheet for each of the processes, now with Orgzit, we have completely moved from scattered spreadsheets to a centralized system.

From mobilization and registration to training assessments and placement of a candidate, we can keep a track of it in Orgzit.

What do you like best about Orgzit?

Best thing for me in this software is the dashboard. It provides all the important informations from the data we have. The dashboard has a very simple view. It can be customized as per requirements.

What do you like best about Orgzit?

We at Origo provide financial services in the agricultural sector. And Orgzit has helped us streamline our unique business processes very easily. It is a very flexible and easy-to-use platform.

Orgzit has significantly helped us track each and every critical financial activity. The dashboard feature is one of my favorite features. I can keep track of all the relevant records from the dashboard itself. Orgzit has automated a lot of repetitive tasks for us which saves us a lot of time to be more productive and efficient at work. Orgzit has been solving a lot of problems for us and making our work easier. Some of the remarkable uses of Orgzit CRM that are helping us to solve problems are:

- Orgzit has automated a lot of tasks for us like - the generation of invoice documents, debit and credit notes for buyers and suppliers, credit limit checks, and all trade calculations.

- Now it just takes a few seconds to create invoices and debit/credit notes. This has significantly reduced the turnaround time for our client.

- Earlier we used to spend a lot of time ensuring the correctness of the trade calculations, now that is automatically done by Orgzit CRM.

- The automations have allowed us to shift most of the trade workflow to the business team.

- The financial steps such as invoicing and generating credit/debit notes also need to be error-free which is automatically done by the platform.

- The business workflow is now streamlined in a step-by-step manner and this has reduced errors to almost zero.

What do you like best about Orgzit?

We at Rite Infotech provide IT services to our customers. We use Orgzit primarily for issue tracking, IT Infrastructure management and managing human resources.

In my view, Orgzit’s dashboard and its flexibility is the best part of it. I use it on a daily basis to track all my business priorities and tasks.

What do you like best about Orgzit?

At Sarthak, we help specially-abled people acquire real-life skills through training programs and subsequently earn a respectable livelihood by getting jobs.

Orgzit has helped streamline our entire business process, from registering candidates to tracking their training to monitoring the placement process to tracking our funding from corporate grants.

Our team depends on Orgzit daily for tracking the entire engagement process with our primary stakeholders, the specially-abled candidates. Every team member’s work has been streamlined with Orgzit, and we can’t imagine our work without this easy-to-use software.

- We used to struggle with traditional methods of dealing with an extensive database with hundreds of thousands of candidate records. The data was scattered in many different spreadsheets, and it was excruciating to coordinate. Orgzit has centralized all the data for us, and tracking any type of data is just a matter of a few clicks for us now.

- Tracking the entire lifecycle of a candidate was very difficult for us and used to take a tremendous amount of effort. Orgzit has helped us streamline the end-to-end process of tracking a candidate’s lifecycles from mobilization to registration to training assessments to placements.

- Orgzit has helped streamline our marketing and fundraising efforts. Earlier, these efforts used to be ad-hoc, and often, there was a lack of alignment between management and action on the ground. Now, everyone is able to track each fundraising activity from a central application which has helped align the entire team on the priority of different campaigns.
