As a start-up UK based eCommerce business heavily involved in third party fulfilment, managing our vendor relationships and orders can be a complex task. But since we started using Ordoro just over a year ago, these challenges have turned into strengths. This platform has been nothing short of a game-changer for us.
One of the most impressive features of Ordoro is its dropshipping management capability. It allows us to seamlessly coordinate orders with multiple vendors and suppliers, ensuring that our orders are received, processed, shipped promptly and accurately. The automation of sending orders to vendors and the real-time tracking of these orders have significantly reduced our operational workload and improved our efficiency.
Furthermore, the vendor portal feature is a standout. It provides our vendors with direct access to their orders, which they can promptly process and provide tracking information, which has streamlined communication and minimised errors as the data flows seamlessly between Ordoro and our ecommerce platform to update the customer. This level of transparency and collaboration has not only made our processes smoother but also strengthened our vendor and customer relationships by removing the requirement for manual processes.
The inventory management system also deserves praise. It integrates perfectly with our ecommerce platform, providing real-time updates and ensuring that we maintain accurate inventory levels across all channels.
Another aspect worth mentioning is the ease of integration with our existing eCommerce platform (BigCommerce), it was literally connected with a few clicks and no coding or API setup whatsoever! Ordoro fits into our tech stack seamlessly, enhancing our overall operational flow without any major disruptions or learning curve.
The REAL standout here is customer support! Everyone at Ordoro has been outstanding. They are friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us make the most of the platform. They are not shy of feedback or suggestions to improve the platform. This level of support has been invaluable, especially in navigating the complexities of being a start-up and trying to find the right software which checks all the boxes. Enhancing the functionality of Instasync to automatically detect and update changes in products directly within the shopping cart would be a significant improvement. Currently, we have to manually update costs and product prices through CSV uploads. If Ordoro could seamlessly recognize these changes and adjust the product details accordingly, it would truly be the perfect finishing touch to an already impressive platform. 1. We do not have an IT staff so were very impressed with how easy Ordoro was to install and use. The user interface is intuitive and friendly. Ordoro integrated out of the box with our Big Commerce Marketplace shopping cart and website. It was truly "plug and play".
2. Our Ordoro shipping rates are superior to any of the other shipping solutions we evaluated for shipping our 1 LB. and 5LB. coffee packages.
3. We really liked the Sendle shipping option that is included with Ordoro. Sendle provided us with a convenient pickup service of our USPS packages eliminating daily trips to the Post Office!
4. Ordoro support was quite good. This was important as we do not have an IT staff. The Ordoro support team was always just a phone call or email away with answers and advice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Currently Ordoro supports USPS, UPS, Sendle, FedEx, DHL and Amazon. We would like to have OnTrac to support our West Coast shipping requirements. And we would like more carrier choices when shipping to Canada. We understand Ordoro is working on supporting some of these carriers but we would really love to have them sooner rather than later. I worked with Ordoro couple of months ago, they have a real good team of developers, who develop web based shipping and inventory management application for Small and medium businesses. We had a lot of competitive options to choose from when looking for a shipping program. Since Ordoro was so helpful and responsive, there was no debate in choosing Ordoro. We had one on one calls with a designated employee (William) who was willing and informative about our questions. It was nice to have a hand to hold throughout the whole learning process. The icons and links for clicking during shipping are tiny. I wish some of the interfaces like that were more user-friendly for individually shipping orders. I also would like to have more of the Supplier SKU, Organization, and Customs Declarations information optionally available for each product on the main Products page. It is hard to choose just one. It was very easy to get setup with Ordoro originally, and as we have grown, it has kept up with us. It has given us a lot of flexibility to grow our business by adding new sales channels and product kitting. Their support team is always very helpful and willing to track down a solution. Even as a beginner in Inventory and Shipment applications, Ordoro was simple to set up and integrate with our major shipping partner.
