It runs relatively smoothly and is easy to teach to others. Easy to transition into. I like that it can generate its own reports and help me with the math sections that I am not that quick with and don't have to do on my own. I like the organization of Oracle. Overall, the quality is decent and I would recommend this product to other small companies. My experience is with 8 employees and sales around $450,000 per year. It has a hard time with crashing unexpectedly. It can be a little hard to look at. Oracle might not be as easy to make accessible to every employee. I wish it had a version or option for people with epilepsy (the colors can be changed to make this happen). Make the product more user friendly for people with disabilities, please.
