My favorite part about using Oracle Maintenance Cloud is that the trainings available are extremely user friendly for almost any type of employee and their learning style so I don't have to worry about handholding with each person to make sure we all understand the software the same way and can use it as a team. Sometimes when I will send in a help ticket, they will ignore the part where I state what I have already done to troubleshoot the issue and instead will send me the basic how-to troubleshoot info rather than personalized help for what I need. It feels like I'm working with a bot rather than being treated like a valued customer. But that's becoming an issue with customer service with almost everywhere. I like that the interface is easy to use. You can create reports and facoite them so that they are easy to access the next time to need to see them,. You don't have to re-run them every time.
