I had personally used Oracle JDeveloper Tool for my enterprise-level of web application development. The tool is fantastic, I developed my project on MVC design pattern. With the help of this tool, I integrate other software as well. It is very easy to use and very easy to understand. There is no doubt the Oracle JDeveloper tool is an average tool for software development. But I would like to suggest some areas of improvement needed for this software, for example, some time tool performance slows down during development and occasionally tool crash and also I think the user interface part of the tool needs improvement as well.
